He did come and email me the estimate . Price was fair I wanted for him to do the job. I email him and called him no answer and text him no response.

Wade was friendly, professional, and did a great job. I would undoubtedly hire him again! I hired him to paint and install baseboards in my loft, and patch and paint small holes on my wall. Because my loft was in an older industrial building, the baseboards were not you standard residential types, but Wade located and ordered them very quickly. As soon as they came in, Wade completed the job without wasting time or drawing out the process. At the beginning of the project he gave me an initial quote and the final total amount was actually less! In all aspects of this job Wade overdelivered. If you're looking for a responsive, friendly, professional local handyman then look no further.

As an older house, there were challenges with the faucets. However, Wade conquered those challenges, completed all the repairs I requested, and made certain I was satisfied before he considered the job complete. I am very happy with the results.

This was a re-hire. My sprinkler system had some type of leak. He replaced the pipe, tested it, and covered up the trench. Only took a few hours one day and maybe one the next. Quick, professional, and I cannot even tell there was a huge trench there.

I wasn't using the space to it's maximum. He listened to my needs and incorporated some really nice features. I can now see all my clothes. Have boot and sweater shelves. Shoe cubbies. Drawers to make use of previously dead space in the back. Used hardwood versus the cheap/fake wood. Very professional. Before and after pics attached.
