We hired nachos company in 2021 to do a deck extension, add an additional deck with stairs, replace the roof, install gutters, and waterproof the wood, they also installed a walkway. The original sub contractor that was hired used very poor quality, untreated wood, and poor quality materials. The majority of the work was actually done incorrectly and caused many problems. In May of 2024 nachos company came back to the house and replaced all the untreated woods with treated woods. They repaired all the problem with the roof, gutters, previous poor workmanship. We are satisfied with the warranty work and appreciated that he honored his warranty when most of the contractors don't.

Not good at all. Communication was horrible, I had to follow up with them on getting a quote. Then after approving the work I had to follow up on when they might schedule the work. Was told on a Monday they would do it on Thursday or Friday, but would let me know for sure tomorrow. Tuesday and Wednesday never heard back. Sent an email to confirm what day and got no reply.

Vantage Construction did a great job. Diego was easy to work with and his price was very good. It has been over a year now and the pool looks as good today as it did when he finished it. He and his crew showed up and worked when he said they would be there. I highly recommend them.

On time and friendly had materials to do the job. Gave a quote and stuck to his price. No surprise at when it came time to pay

They weren’t the cheapest option but did bring the best value. Other vendors offered partial removal of old plaster for not a whole lot less. Some minor repair work of gunite was included at no extra charge. Overall results look great no issues to date.

Vantage construction was very professional through the entire process of building me a new pool and outdoor kitchen. Everything was done to my specification and they finished ahead of schedule.
