Best the front of my house has ever looked, did fantastic patching wood rot and texture matching and resealed all the caulking around the house. I will definitely be calling for all my painting projects.

Lawrence and his helper Gary arrived on time to do the work. It was an awful, windy day that made getting the new baseboards painted outside tricky. They removed old baseboards, installed new ones the first day. Second day was wall painting and a second coat on the installed baseboards. I purchased my own paint. I’m very pleased with the work and would hire Lawrence again.

My parents had a pipe burst in their LR wall and the plumber had to cut several holes in the walls in three rooms in order to troubleshoot the problem after the plumbing work was done I called Unified Plumbing and spoke with Lawrence who is very courteous and professional I had a good vibe on the phone with him right away and knew based on his reviews and our conversation that I wanted to consider him he came out that day and after meeting with him I knew my elderly parents were in great hands his price was fair and I hired him on the spot the work was completed TWO DAYS LATER which was awesome his work was absolutely excellent I am an insurance adjuster and looked at his workmanship very carefully and I couldn’t tell where the holes were he fixed the holes taped floated re-textured and his work is seamless and you can tell he takes pride in what he does I also want to mention that he took great care in prepping before he started the job very happy and would definitely recommend unified Painting THANK YOU LAWRENCE!

Lawrence did an amazing job. He was a professional from beginning to end. He was fast and accurate with his painting skills. It was obvious he had been doing this for quite some time. Amazing. Lawrence came by the same day I contacted Angie's List and did the work the next day. He was very conscientious and did a great job. His fee was much lower than the competitors and he took the time to mix some extra paint to touch up spots left on the ceiling by the previous painter. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.

Larrence (Owner of Unified Painting) did an excellent job. He does the all the caulking and painting HIMSELF (no helpers). He is reliable, timely, efficient and cleans up after each work session. He is ready with suggestions that will improve the outcome of the job. A plus, is that he works weekends, which was helpful for us since we have 2 dogs, and we like to be around to see how things are progressing. A second plus is that he put us in touch with a reliable carpenter to take care of some of the rotten wood he found while inspecting to paint. Will definitely use again.

Famously. This is the third home I've had Lawrence paint. His work is without exception outstanding, fast, high quality, and tidy. He's removed wallpaper, re-textured walls, repaired ceilings showing years of exposure to teenagers' abuse, and renovated and freshened long abused trim. He shows up when he says he's going to, does great work, quotes transparently, and cleans up after himself seamlessly.

Simply wonderful. We needed the interior of the house painted before the movers brought our shipment. Lawrence came out the same day and gave us a quote. He said he could start on two rooms that day. He went and got the paint and worked quickly and efficiently to get the rooms finished. The bedroom went from shiny gold to white and you could never tell it was gold in the first place. He was very careful not to get any paint places it shouldn't be. He really knows his stuff and is kind and courteous. We are having him finish the rest of the house because he does such a great job. His quote was about half of what we had been given an estimate from another company.

Do not call this business. The owner came for estimate and was rude, condescending, and a jerk. He initially had trouble accessing the subdivision gate and called complaining that he was “scrolling & scrolling” and couldn’t get in. He complained about the paint I was using (Sherwin Williams) yet was dressed head to toe in Sherwin Williams attire. As I explained the work I needed he began talking over me then got mad/impatient asking what rooms. Definitely, not worth having him in my house so I told him to leave. Total jerk AND he was the owner!!!!!

Lawerence came out and provided a quote right on the spot. The other companies came out but sent there quote two to three days later. He (Lawerence) was at least 30 percent cheaper than the other painters. The other two companies quoted 4-5 days to paint my interior. Lawerence quoted two. I was a little nervous about his time frame, but let me tell you, he banged it out in two days just as promised. He did not rush and paid attention to the details. On top of his great price he also offered me a 20 percent discount on the paint. He picked the paint up and did not charge a cent until after the job was completed. Overall he did a fantastic job, offered a great price, paint discount, and did a superb job with clean up. I would use Unified Painting again and i am providing my co-workers his business card.

It never got done. The painter said he would charge more for a living room than a bedroom. I asked why. He said it was harder and his special Angie price wouldn't cover it. I asked why again. He simply said it was harder. He didn't like the paint I bought. He complained about Anglieslist changing their pricing and it was difficult for him to keep up with who's paid what. I told him I paid $34.95 as a downpayment on a one room for $99. He said he's honor it, then he didn't want to.

Lawrence and his assistant arrived on time and performed the job as scheduled.

I received a call from the owner Lawrence advising me that I had missed my appointment. When I tried to tell him that it was the first time I had spoken with him and that there was no appointment set, he once again accused me of causing him to cancel other appointments to fit us in. Once again I tried to tell him that no one from our household had spoken with him and that the time frame the call was supposed to occur I told him we were not even in town. Once again I stated that someone at our number had made arrangements for our room to be painted and that because we had not called him back to cancel the request we caused him to lose money. For the last time I told him this was the first time I was making contact with him and that we did not have a previous appointment set. When he once again accused us of missing our appointment I told him I no longer wished to use his services. I do not know whom he spoke with to make that appointment, but it appears he lost two jobs. The one he was supposed to show up at to paint their room, and didn’t, and then ours. I’m sorry things ended the way they did, but we never spoke with Lawrence until the first time I called him.

good work over all. just a few spots that needed tweeked

Very well. Lawrence does quality work. The bathroom he painted is very small and there some really tight and difficult areas to paint. He did a remarkable job getting everything painted.

They charged an extra $100 for a bathroom, I had to point out that they missed an area, and he complained about having to drive to Boerne even though they said they service the area

Wonderful job!! The work was done promptly, efficiently & professionally - Prep and clean-up was excellent! Lawrence's attention to detail & customer service is exceptional! Am hiring again!
