Description of Work: I thought they would remove the door and do a thorough sanding. They did a light sanding of the door while it was on the hinges and did not remove the old varnish or remove the water and sun damage.

Description of Work: The guy calls me on Friday tells me he will be there on Monday to do the work. I sat home all day Monday. The guy never shows or never calls. I called him I week later because I never heard from him. I asked what happened? No explanation said he was busy, then tells me MAYBE he can work me in on a weekend. What a JERK! Avoid this one.

Description of Work: Unified patched the ceiling, and painted two bedrooms, a bathroom, hall, living and dining room. They did a great job with the patch, and I was very pleased with the paint job. They were quick and they cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again for sure.

Description of Work: Crew painted the master bedroom, stairway hand railing, and front door. Everything was done in a single day, and the quality of the work was fantastic.

Description of Work: Rooms look great! One of the closet's hardware was not put back together, but it may have been a builder issue. Paint is flawless! Very good job.

Description of Work: I spoke to Lawrence several times to arrange and confirm appt. for 2 painters for 8 hours. He arrived on time with 2 other painters and they worked for 6 hours. Lawrence called for me to see the results of one coat and we agreed it needed 2 coats so they were unable to do as much as I had hoped but they did a good job, prepped and cleaned up well. He gave me an estimate to complete the work. Overall, a good experience and I would use them again.

Description of Work: Living room was painted. Some drywall cracks were repaired. Painting job is amazing but slightly disappointed that the holes where curtain rods were mounted have the plastic anchors still visible in a few and were just painted over. The rods were not going to be re-installed.

Description of Work: Gave me a RIP-OFF quote of $9,035 for interior painting(with some minor drywall repairs), labor only, not including the paint, of a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom single family house (1994 sq.ft.). most competitor painters gave quotes in the range of $1,800-$2,400.
