Lawrence Schudy and Unified Painting did an outstanding job. They were prompt, professional, thorough and quick with the job. They also provided a 20% discount on the stain. We received their quote on a Saturday, compared it with others we had and decided to use them on Monday. They started the next day and finished earlier than their estimated completion day. I heartily recommend them for whatever painting or staining task you might have.

Gary came out, listen to what we thought was a good idea; then evaluated everything and gave us estimated labor cost. Then he advised us, that what we wanted would not solve the issue, due to foundation shifting. But he said he could fix the crack, without spending a lot of money. It would solve the cosmetic problem. But was honest to say in a few years we would have the same problem. My wife and I were very please with his professional knowledge. The job was completed the next day. We got what we wanted and saved money

Lawrence did an amazing job! He came out right away to provide a quote when other contractors wanted us to send photos. He was professional, courteous and thorough. He saved us 20% on the paint and completed the job the very next day being careful to lay down tarps to prevent overspray and promptly cleaned up everything when done. We are very pleased with the end result and are making plans to rehire him to give the entire house a fresh coat of paint. We highly recommend Unified Painting.

this job was absolutely the most worry free I have ever had. Lawrence was contacted by phone by me in the morning, he can over in the afternoon, picked colors and said we could start asap. delayed by one day due to rain,Lawrence came the next day. He and his friend prepped the site and painted the deck without any drama. They hung around cleaning up the tools of the trade then moved all my furniture back including several potted plants. an A-One job. I will hire for another job soon. Thanks again

Our house looks beautiful! Unified Painting (Lawrence) did a fabulous job. He was very careful to cover all of our rock facade, outdoor light fixtures, deck, patio etc to protect from any paint splatter. We had just had new fascia boards installed and he was careful not to get paint on the drip edge. He was on time, showed up everyday and was fast without skipping steps. Start to finish, the job took 3 full days and one 1/2 day to walk the property with us to make sure nothing was missed or needed touching up. He cleaned up after himself at end of every day. Have had lots of compliments on the house from the neighbors. Several have asked for painter's contact information to do their house - interior and exterior. Unified Painting did our exterior paint job for a very fair price, completed the work faster than we expected and to our total satisfaction. Will definitely hire him again for other painting needs. Highly recommend.

This was an AWFUL experience and I am angry we gave him our business. He was rude and just a jerk all around. He was constantly making rude comments on my mothers home and continued to talk trash when he thought we weren’t listening. Did he apologize? Yes but was it genuine? No Even his helper apologized to us for his ridiculous behavior & attitude he had the ENTIRE time. I don’t understand how he receives so many good reviews. No one should have to feel uncomfortable in their own home! The paint job wasn’t even great just average - sloppy drips and touched up paint with wrong color. He didn’t even flush the toilet after usage

Lawrence was great. I needed three rooms and a bathroom including the ceiling and bathroom cabinets painted. The entire project was completed within two days. Awesome experience! You won't need to go back to Angie's List because Unified Painting will be your go to. Great value, better quality, and totally reliable. Best the front of my house has ever looked, did fantastic patching wood rot and texture matching and resealed all the caulking around the house. I will definitely be calling for all my painting projects.
