Unified Painting

I submitted the request for service on 2/18. Lawrence came over the night of 2/19 and gave an estimate. He was able to pick up the paint and come over with 2 other painters at 1 PM the very next day and paint the whole room exactly as prescribed. Protective cloth was laid down in the room being painted, as well as along the path from the front door to the room being painted to protect it from stray paint. The entire job was completed in less than 72 hours from when I contacted them on the site. The quality of the job is great, there are no stray marks and they even touched up the baseboards from where the previous owner's paint job went awry.

First and foremost I must say that Lawrence Schudy (Owner of Unified Painting) is a very nice, professional individual and I was lucky that I found him on Angie's List. He responded in a timely manner and set up a time to come inspect my home and provide an estimate almost immediately. He was able to schedule me in pretty quickly and the work turned out great. I was so pleased with his work and the overall experience that I contracted him again to perform work on the exterior of my house. I would imagine that there are a lot of painters out there who could come in do a decent job of painting a home. However I believe Lawrence's kind personality, professionalism, and trustworthiness is what sets him and his company apart from the rest of the bunch. I would most definitely recommend Unified Painting to anyone I know. I was more than happy with the work he performed, and more importantly trusted him to be in my home. If you get the opportunity, hire him to do your job. You won't regret it!

Lawerence was very responsive and flexible. He actually came to my home on a Sunday to give an estimate. He and his crew showed up on the scheduled time. No issues with productivity or quality of work performed.

All went well. Work was professional and accomodating with paint/color I need for textured wall in the dining room. I had new floors and they covered all of it for protection.

Lawrence was awesome! He was able to come over to the house the same day I called and painted well into the night to have the work done the same day. very professional. friendly. efficient. bought single room painting for $199 but was charged $45 extra because even though the room was small, I had an accent wall. Wasn't excited about this but he was there and the room HAD to be done

Very satisfied with this company. Lawrence and his crew did the work well and quickly (two days). They were courteous and respectful of my daughter who was home sick one day and my cat who was hiding. (Lawrence would alert me as to when to move them to a different room). Lawrence provides detailed estimates breaking down the total into sections so you can add or delete as you go. All I did was add new items so the total was higher than expected but fair. Lawrence also offered to return and do any needed touch ups after I replace bathroom fixtures and mirrors. I would use this company in the future and recommend them for any painting or wall/ceiling repair jobs.

Rarely do you meet such a pro like Lawrence. On time, and when he ran late one day, he called to make sure I knew he was on his way. Great crew, very clean work, with all of the appropriate materials used to guard against drips, etc. He tried hard to match some paint on the touch ups in other rooms, and when he couldn't he offered to repaint the room (master bedroom) for a very nominal amount. He also worked had to find some stain for a cabinet and didn't forget about me. There is no question - I will use him again!

Everything went exactly as planned. Lawrence even picked up the paint for us. We were expecting that it would take 2-3 days to complete the work, but they were done in 1 day. Based on our good experience, we are hiring Lawrence to complete another painting project in the next few weeks. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and high-quality work.

Lawrence originally came out several weeks ago to provide a free estimate. My husband and I made a few changes to the work request and Lawrence returrned to re-qoute the job, (on a Sunday.) I accepted his quote and he and his team beagn work that Thursday morning. The job was completed the next day on Friday. Lawrence and his team worked hard to get the job done. They were not the cheapest quote we got, but after a bad experience with a cheap handyman, it was a genuine pleasure to see someone who actually showed up to work! Lawrence and his crew were not only punctual, they were even a little early so that they could get set up! Once they got started, they worked diligently and Lawrence displayed excellent leadership skills by keeping his crew busy and on task. Lawrence definitely got the job done and was a true man of his word! He promised to not leave until I was happy with the job and walked the job with me afterwards with a brush and some paint to touch up anything that I felt needed it. We are remodeling our home in stages. When I am ready for more paint, I won't even shop around anymore. I will absolutely be calling Lawrence!

Lawrence came over and gave me an estimate of the rooms to be painted. He called me a few days later to schedule an appointment. He met me at a Home depot to give me a discount on my paint. Did a real good job with the paint job and I do recommend him for all your painting needs.

The crew were very professional, work is very clean and they made sure to tape areas covered in the job. We will definitely use them again.

Arrived on time. had a crew of 5. They did a fairly good job. did a very small sheet rock repair at N/C. Got a little paint smear on the white ceiling. I would use again

Lawrence and his crew were excellent. These guys do great work, and leave no trace that they were in the home. They even swept after they finished painting. Such nice guys, and the area they painted looks wonderful! I am so pleased with the work and the customer service.

Highly recommend Lawrence and his group of painters. To start with, he came out to my house to give me a quote within 24 hours of my contacting him through Angie's List. He then met me at Home Depot at 6:30 in the morning 2 days later to buy paint. Yes, 6:30 in the morning, that was my choice because I needed to get to work that day, and helped me get the paint at a discounted rate. He and his painters arrived on time to start the job 2 days later. They were friendly and worked efficienctly. By the time I returned from work in the late afternoon, they were already done and cleaning up. The paint job is neat. Despite that I told them I didn't care about the carpet because I was replacing it the next week, I couldn't find a single drop of paint on the carpet. My walls look much better now. Would trust Lawrence to come back if I decide to repaint any other parts of my home.

The service went fine. The provider fit our smaller job in when he had the earliest availability and my schedule was flexible so this worked fine for us. The crew arrived and had the job completed in 3-4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and moved some of the furniture back in place for us which was nice. They missed a small piece of wall that was hard to see since it was around the window hidden by the shutters, but Lawrence agreed to come out after work to fix it with no problem which is greatly appreciated. Overall they did a great job and were very reasonably priced. I would use them again if I need any painting in the future!

He did a really good job. He painted a room that was dark blue to a light pink and you can't even tell it was blue. Also he did some painting in a room that had a pool table in it and there were scratches and a whole on the wall and he offered to paint and plaster this for me. He's very professional and left the area clean as if there was nobody ever there working.

The painter explained exactly what needed to be done and even made suggestions as to how we could lower our cost. He started the job very promptly and finished ahead of schedule. Excellent work and professionalism. I would highly recommend (and have already referred him to others).

I scheduled a day for him to give me a quote. He came out within a couple of days.The price was a good price for the area that needed to be painted. He scheduled to come out Wednesday but was able to come out a day earlier, which was better for me. They were prompt, clean and did a wonderful job! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional.
