+ -1 moreSimply spectacular service from Tim! Very responsive to service request, understood what I needed, and had it all done quickly! Called to request service on Friday and he had an appointment for me first thing Monday morning! Worked with me throughout the process to make sure that everything was placed at the best viewing angle for the room(s). The resulting finished product was exquisite. Installed an extra outlet for the TV and added wall cable pass through plates that look fantastic. The best thing about Tim is that he obviously cares about making sure you get exactly what you need with the service. He also provided some hidden discounts that were an excellent surprise! I cannot recommend Tim and TSG enough!

Description of Work: Just had our security system installed by TSGSAN Audio & Video Solutions. It is a locally owned company that offers Flat screen TV Mounting, Home Theater systems, Home security and Lighting control as well as computer services. Tim Huff who is the owner came out and installed our system, explained everything to me, connected it all to my cell phone for notifications and is VERY fast, efficient, patient (explaining and going over things ensuring you know how to operate and adjust your system) and best of all, VERY reasonable in his pricing! HIGHLY recommend!!! You can contact TIM HUFF the owner at 210 692-4821 if you might have a need for a fair and KNOWLEDGEABLE individual to help with the above mentioned needs. It took a while for me to find someone that would install a system WE bought ourselves vs one you are willing to purchase thru them. Saved MORE than we paid him to install by doing just that!

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. I called on Saturday and TSGSAN was able to come out the very next Monday morning. The finished installation is perfect - just exactly what we wanted. Clean up was thorough. And, I think the cost was reasonable. (I did not get another quote to compare with.) The only hitch was that they went to an incorrect address, but they immediately called to let me know they were running late and explained why.

+ 0 moreMr. Huff was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and willing to show me how to work all the systems he installed as many times as it took for me to learn to do it. Believe me. It took many times for this nontechnological person to finally learn the systems. He was patient and willing to take the time to help me learn how to use all these things without giving me the feeling that I was taking up too much time. After he left, he even walked me through on the phone an additional issue that I had for no additional charge. He was very clear, and I was able to do this extra thing with no trouble. I recommend Mr. Huff to anyone one with technological installations or for other general technological help. He completed all my projects and then some in a timely, efficient manner. He was not willing to leave without every system working perfectly. His fees were extremely reasonable, and I thought that I received a good value for a superior service.
Description of Work: Mr. Huff came to work on three television systems today. He installed an indoor antenna in my living room and set up my TV to receive over the air local stations. I had tried to do it several times but had been unsuccessful. He did it quickly and easily since he knew how to navigate the tv menus that I didn't even know existed. He replaced a nonfunctional range extender in my bedroom as well as installing a Roku streaming device. I had never been able to accomplish that and make one work. The TV had been hung on the wall previously, but it was uneven and practically unusable since all the inputs were inaccessible to me. He went out of his way to rehang the TV which I hadn't expected him to do at the same time that he adjusted the Roku. He also removed the Directv equipment I no longer needed without my asking him to do it. Finally, he installed an indoor antenna and a Wii system in my guesthouse and showed me how to change inputs. There was a little trick to this Tv's system, so he watched me do it over and over until I could do it without hesitation. Who does that? He has tremendous patience.

He was able to find a good way to securely mount the TV to the wall since there are no mount holes on the bottom half of the tv. He did a great job with being professional and cleaning up the little bit of dust and debris at the end job the job. I would definitely hire him again for any future jobs.

+ -1 moreWe found Tim and his company through a recommendation from Amazon when we purchased the TV and soundbar wall mounts. Tim came out to take a look at our equipment and wall to give us an estimate. He was incredibly nice and professional. I had a lot of questions for him and he was very honest. Scheduling the appointment for installation was easy on this website. His company website was user-friendly and had a lot of info and pictures pertaining to stereo and home theater installation. Tim sent me a text to confirm the appointment a few days before and him and his partner showed up on time. They worked fast! They are true experts! We decided beforehand to hide the power cord and wires behind the wall. At first I was worried about drilling a hole in the wall but Tim reassured me that it would look much nicer and I'm so glad I took his advice. He did a beautiful job of drilling a small enough area to fit the cords/wires and covered it up with a plate behind the TV. He had no trouble installing the wall mounts that I had already purchased. Now, my TV and soundbar look beautiful on my wall!

Description of Work: Home entertainment system set up for multiple zones, including 10 speakers installation, 5 volume controls installation, A/V receiver x 1, speaker selector 1, CAT5 to HDTV convertors x 2, 6 cameras installation with recorder. Setting up the media equipment in the media rack (i had bought this myself) and cleaning up the wires etc. About 3-4 days of labor.
