The work was done in accordance with Tree Musketeer's proposal. The crews doing the work were skilled and punctual. We felt the pricing was very fair for the amount of work that was done and we would hire this company again.

I was very happy with their work. They responded promptly, were very polite and professional, and did a great job grinding down the stumps. I especially appreciated them emailing me a copy of the permit, which I will keep in case the town ever has any questions about the work.

The trees were much improved so I was happy about that. They cleaned up the area very well. They arrived a little late and left a little early. At $100 an hour, that is not a good thing.

After walking the property, we made a plan. I had contracted for hours, but needed more accomplished. The work was completed. I will be calling them for future projects!

They showed up on time, were professional and very knowledgable. Work was done and the brush was hauled away. I love a company that shows up when they say, works hard even in the heat, and they do what they say they are going to do for the price you were quoted.

Owner came out few days before to agree what could be done in the allotted time purchased with the $399 coupon. Bought edging for me and invoiced for that and stump grinder. No hidden charges, agreed upon everything up front. They arrived on time. Very professional. Made sure I was satisfied before leaving.

It went very well, I was very satisfied with the end result. The crew did a very good job cleaning up at the end of the job. Two of my neighbors were impressed as well and contracted with them to trim their trees.

Highly recommend this company for prompt, professional service from start to finish. Joseph, the owner was quick to respond to my request by setting up a pre inspection estimate and accommodated our schedule. The team, Willy and Pepe arrived on time, were courteous, thorough, cut exactly what needed to be cut, additionally they careful and respectful of neighbor's property and cleaned up exceptionally well!!! Had previously hired this company two months ago to remove plants, trim trees and create "wildscape" with cover plants so I wouldn't have to mow a rocky area. That work was OK but discovered the workers didn't dig out roots of removed plants and they were sprouting. Called owner; he sent crew to "fix" what wasn't properly done. Note they had other complaints and have since fired the employee. So, they completed that work and I had them add removal of about six hackberry trees and trim a number of other shrubs. Willy and the other worker did a wonderful job and I'm completely satisfied. Would hire them again.

The work ended up not being done. They sent someone out to view the area who told me of all the work that could be completed and I bought materials. I then got a call days before the work was to start from someone stating the previous gentlemen had been fired and they'd have to send someone else out to view the area. When the new gentleman came out he told me there was no way they'd be able to do the patio area, in the four hours all they would have time to do is build the gate. I requested a refund and went back and forth for over a week before the vendor agreed to a full refund, he was arguing that he would lose money if he gave me a full refund.

I thought it was going well, but the 2 gentlemen did not follow my instruction as to where I wanted the plants, or follow my request to add the necessary landscape mix and potting soil. The lead man told me my soil was good enough. I knew that was not so.. it's old and needed landscape mix added. I bought several bags of landscape mix and a couple bags of potting soil. They put the mix on top instead of mixing it in, and did not put the plants deep enough into the ground. I have used this company before for tree service. They were very good! I would never hire them back for landscaping.

Work was done. Major weeds were removed but I think it could have been cleaned a little better. Wish I would have had landscape fabric for them to put down as they were finished and some time still remained.

We needed a number of large trees removed that were close to our home and whose limbs stretched well over our roof. We also needed some tree limbs trimmed back that were branching over and covering our pool and keeping it from getting adequate sun to warm the water. Therefore I knew this wasn't going to be an easy "cut" job for a trimming crew because each tree was going to have to be brought down very carefully in sections and nothing allowed to free fall down in order to protect the roof, back patio and swimming pool. We had used a couple of other tree trimming companies in the past, who were adequate but not outstanding. So we decided to try someone new, and I couldn't be happier that we found Tree Musketeers. Everything went extremely well from the beginning of the process to the very end. Josef came out quickly for a quote and consult; and he was always easy to reach and communicate with when I had questions before the job began. Then his crew started first thing in the morning and was very respectful of our property. They removed our trees with no problems. They took great care to protect our roof, existing plants & and patio furniture, etc. And even the pool was not full of leaves and limbs at the end of each day. On the final day, their clean-up was extensive and definitely the best we'd had from any previous trimming experience. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them for future trimming and landscaping needs.

I had my palm tree trimmed. The height of the tree exceeds any ladder. Professionally done.

It went great. They gently lowered the large branches and were very careful and respectful of my neighbor's yard and mine. They even cut the large branches into fire wood for me, and cleaned all the sawdust off my driveway.

Great! Josef was very responsive. Quick and efficient. Price was fair. The only reason I gave him a B rating was because they were going to remove one additional tree and grind the roots and the grinder was not theirs. It belonged to someone else and it was broken. I was not told this until after they did the other trees. I will have to hire someone else to remove that tree. I don't like to have to have two companies come out to do the work that one should be able to do. I should have been told this up front. Date of service below was approximate date.
