Did an excellent job, cleaned and raked all of the twigs and limbs.

None of the trees had been trimmed in a number of years so there was quite a bit of work to do. We asked specifically to not "scalp" the pecan trees in the back since they provide so much shade. They did just what we asked - however, when they finished I wanted more removed and they quickly jumped back up the trees (zero complaints) and trimmed them more to our satisfaction. Very friendly, punctual and left the yard very clean. We'd definitely use them again.

Trees did look better after they finished. Did not really follow my guidance well or consult with me until leaving.

It was not perfect. I had put in to the message part of the Big Deal thing exactly what I wanted done and I wanted someone to come out and give me an estimate on whether that Big Deal would cover everything that I wanted done or if I needed to pay more than I would. All I asked that the day he was going to come out if he could be on time because I did have an appointment that day. If he was going to be late, he was going to mess everything up. Instead of coming at the time when he said he was going to come, he came way early in the morning and he did not ring my doorbell. I had no idea he was coming. I have a dog so the dog would have alerted me if he's been at the door. He just left a message on the Angie's List message saying that he came early since I was so concerned about him being late. I went back and asked where we should go from there. He said my Big Deal covered what I wanted done. When they came out to trim my trees and I told them what it was that I wanted done, they said they can't do it because that's too big of a job. The guy online said it was fine. My Big Deal would cover what I wanted done and I had said what I wanted done. The one guy was very unhappy about it. The other guy said they will honor what he said. They did do exactly what I wanted done but it was a problem. They didn't want to do it. I could understand it was a big job that was why I called them up. The other guy said they can give me an estimate right then what it was going to cost. I said they already told me that the Big Deal would cover what I wanted done. They did it and it was fine, but it was a problem. I just paid what the Big Deal was. They did do a good job. It was just that the communication with that one guy was so cranky and he didn't do his company any good. The guy that came out when I was asking for an estimate should have come at the time he said and had given me the estimate for additional work that I requested. If others want to use them, they should be sure the communication between them and the company is sufficient. The price was good. There's a million of them out there so why would I go with somebody that I had a problem with? The finished product was fine. It was an attitude problem. First there was the guy that came out that was snarky and then I had to fight to get what I wanted at the price they quoted.

It all went quickly and without a hitch. They accomplished everything we asked and more. They even cut and stacked firewood from the large branches. They left the property cleaner than they found it.

They were quick to quote and Joseph was very friendly. Price was very competitive. They showed up on time and were fast. I was amazed at the quality they did and how great the trees looked when there were done. They even did a couple of large hedge removals that wasn't on original bid and just added it for almost nothing to the cost. They cleaned everything up very well and even raked the yard. I was very impressed and highly recommend them!

Two workers arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled appointment and promptly went to work after surveying the yard. Work was efficient, professional, and effective. They ensured all trimmings were hauled away.

I bought the Angie's List deal ($199 for $400 worth of service) and set up the appointment all by email through Angie's List. Tree Musketeers were not only punctual, they arrived earlier than I expected. They got right to work trimming the trees off my roof (one in my yard, 2 of my neighbor's) and made sure the trimming looked natural (I asked them not to get too extreme). They hauled away all the branches and also cleaned up all the leaves and small branches - my yard was tidier when they left than when they arrived. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't add on, or push me to do more work than I had outlined so that they could boost their earnings for the day. The 2-man crew just did a really nice job of what I wanted them to do. I've already recommended them to others and I will plan to hire them again in the future.

I had a very large yard full of oak trees that was in dire need of trimming and demossing. I met with Josef and arrange for his crew to start the following week. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. Over the next five days they transformed my yard into a beautiful garden. The tree debris was two feet high over all of the yard. Several large branches were removed over the roof. Four other trees were removed. Firewood was cut and stacked. Yard was raked and all debris hauled away. I was very pleased. The men were very polite and took care of any concerns I had.

Two out of the three member crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. The last member arrived within a half hour. They worked diligently for the first half of the day. I was impressed with how fast & efficient they were. They missed some requested tree limbs & vines. Josef was willing to send another crew at later date so that I was 100% satisfied with the service. They came out and completed the requested work. I plan to use them again in the future.

Great. punctual when first came out to give bid. Very polite . Also, gave me a bid to remove a huge Red Oak that was in the midst of many electrical wires and next to a fence. I did not get this done as too expensive at the present time BUT, Josef panvini's estimate for all work, including Red Oak, was $3000 cheaper than my first bid!!!!!! That is a huge difference. They did all the work that I asked for and at a very reasonable price. I would certainly use them again. Nice people.

Mr. Josef Panvini was prompt about responding to questions we had and scheduling our service. A 2-person tree crew (Dwight and Gino) and haul away truck were scheduled for work at our residence for 4 hours. They arrived earlier than scheduled and that was great as we needed to give them instructions on what to start on. They worked nonstop and did an excellent job. We were very happy with the clean up and hauling away of debris...a task that went over the 4 hours. We would definitely hire them again!

The Tree Musketeers were extremely professional, punctual and very skilled. No-nonsense crew arrived on time (a little early actually) and stayed the full 8 hours. All three crew members worked very hard. You definitely get your monies worth. They knew exactly how to trim the trees, used pruning spray as necessary and cleaned up after themselves. Awesome job. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Arrived on time at prescheduled time (had to postpone from original date due to inclement weather - not a problem). I had a medium sized magnolia tree to take out and another tree stump I wanted cut lower to ground. Crew chief also volunteeered to trim a live oak tree since work I wanted done was not enough for deal I had paid for. That was more than I expected. All limbs and debris were removed and shavings/sawdust blown away. Yard looked great and all done in about 1 hour. I would definitely use Tree Musketeers again.

The crew arrived and were very professional and personable. They trimmed some very large trees for us, then cleaned everything up. David also answered our questions about the condition of two of existing trees. We will definitely have them return for more work. We were so impressed, I called the Owner, and thanked him for sending along such a great crew. They truly do earn the Super Service Award!

Josef came to the house to assess the job before his crew arrived. He was courteous, professional and early! We had a very tall tree that had a slight lean and was endangering power lines and our fence. The 2 man crew was able to safely get the tree down in about 3 hours. My husband opted not to get haul away service since we have our own land to haul to. He was very pleased with the job they did and the manner in which it was performed. I feel sure we would use them again if the need arises.

They did all work in a timely manor and cleaned up the yard afterwards. Would hire them again.

I purchased the $400 worth of service for $199. I hoped that would cover the trimming of my two very overgrown trees and the removal of a dead tree. The team showed up earlier than expected. How often does that happen?! The manager had already assessed what needed to be done by the time I got to the door. He told me that all of the tree trimming and tree removal would be covered in the price of the Angie's deal. I was very impressed. These guys were quick, efficient, and did a beautiful job of trimming out the branches. They cleaned up and completed the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services. My trees look spectacular. I've used other tree trimming services in the past, and believe me, this one was professional in their communication and service.

The Tree Muskateers did a wonderful job. The three man crew got right to work and started cutting down the trees I requested and trimmed many more than I expected. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to trim the trees. All the debris was cleaned up and hauled away. I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

The men were very responsive and trimmed back a large oak and talon to keep the seasonal droppings from falling into the pool and certain limbs from touching the roof. They knew exactly how to cut back the branches and then cleaned up the mess. We have more work to be done and will give them a call!

It turned out great. They did a good job. They honored their "Big Deal." They stayed the full time and cleaned everything up well. They did good. After I called him, he called me back and let me know his crew was on the way. They're slightly late but they let me know they're on their way.

I had no trouble setting a time for the service with this business. They contacted me promptly, and immediately set a time. They showed up exactly on time, and the two man crew set to work right away. They know what they are doing, and there was no need to stand outside and make sure they followed through at all. They did much more than I had expected in the time provided, and exceeded my expectations for the job. I will recommend them highly, and I would not hesitate to hire them again.
