Crew showed up on the appointed hour. They stripped east walls siding and sheeting. replaced studs and footer for most of the wall. Jacked up east side of house. Replaced sections of sub floor & placed new floor boards. Replaced 25 feet of 4X6 beam and 12 - 2x8x12 joists, all with pressure treated timber. Re-sheathed exterior and replaced the siding all in about 10 hours. Had expected a 3 day job, what a surprise.
