The work was great. Very professionally done. The Crew was fast and efficient and careful not to damage anything (I had a section of sprinkler system along the fence line they discovered and they were very careful not to damage it). They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The primary reason I chose them was that the estimate was the most professional estimate I received with the total amount listed as well as the neighbor's amount. All materials and services were listed. I do have two comments however. When I first called to get an estimate they did not seem too flexible as to the time they would come and give me that estimate. I almost just told them to forget it (glad I didn't) but they finally agreed to come out at a time that was more convenient for me. The second comment is that they need to be a little better at communicating when they will arrive at the work site. I had to call them twice to get the times that they were actually going to arrive. This is a great company they just need to work a little on their communication.

I contacted TNT Fencing on or about Jan 18 2017, they called back right away and told me someone would contact me when they are on there way out and they did. We meet, i told them what i needed, they took there measurements and went on there way. I had to call them 4 days after that and ask them where was the proposal, she said she would find out and someone would call me.....nothing till this day.

Overall, I am pleased with the new fence. Crew was on time, efficient and hard-working. The job took a day longer than promised, which was due to drilling the post and dealing with the rocky ground. The owner was on-site during this project and addressed an questions or concerns. I was concerned that since the ground is not level, some areas at the bottom of the fence, have a larger space than other areas. They recommended leaving a couple of inches for drainage, but some areas have an opening of 4-5 inches. I was concerned about my small dogs escaping or encountering uninvited wildlife, so we had to install chicken wire along the bottom.

Really well, everything went really smooth. I loved the work. The material we chose was more expensive but it should last a lifetime. TNT's price was 10K cheaper than the competition

Working with TNT Fence was a very smooth process. Mr. Thomas contacted us the next day after we left a voice mail the night before. Mr. Thomas scheduled a visit and stopped the house and after he measured the fence and look at the different work that we wanted, he sent us a quote a couple of days later. After receiving a couple of quotes from different contractors we chose TNT Fence. The day they started the project the workers arrived on time and were very professional and courteous to my wife and family. They completed all of the project in a timely manner and waited for us to inspect the work before they left. Mr. Thomas came by about four weeks later to inspect the work and replaced a couple of boards. One which came loose because the nails had been driven through and the second looked like it had been broken or was a bad board. Mr. Thomas and his team did an excellent job and both my wife and I were very impressed. We recommend TNT Fence to anyone needed a new fence, especially anyone needing a large fence replaced. Thank you TNT Fence for the great job! i will definitely hired them again!!! And as far as price all i can say is that the saying "you get what you paid for" is very true in this case.

We met Thomas when he did our neighbors fence. We asked about pricing and because our neighbor didn't get the cap and trim metal poles or screws done, we asked if he could include that in the price. We finally decided to give him a call a year later and he quickly responded. He started within a week and it took him a few days to complete. We were very pleased at the end result. I was very happy when we did a walk through of the completed work.

I had to call Angie's List to have him reach out to me to get scheduled. The work was done well. The rest was lousy. He was late multiple times. They didn't remove the old fencing so I had to throw it away myself. He lost the first check that I gave him for the down payment. I think he really just didn't want to do my work. I ended up having to pay $25 to have the check cancelled and he acted as if it was nothing.

Awful. The provider never showed up for the appointment time.

In a nutshell, we started well, had a significant issue, and ended with what we dealt with as a fair compromise. Thomas was very responsive and provided a competitive quote for the work we wanted to do. We were introduced by another company to the opportunity for PostMaster U-channel metal posts, and Thomas was able to work them into his quote without issue. We were able to schedule the work about 3 weeks out. With all of the recent storms, we expected his team to be a little backed up, but when wevcalled to re-confirm our dates, we were pleasantly surprised that he could still commit to the dates we originally agreed. The original quote was to have the previous fencing removed on three sides of our property, including posts, and have new PostMaster posts with cedar pickets be installed. At the beginning of the job, Thomas approached my husband with the opportunity to change to a pre-stained cedar for $2 more/foot as his distributor was having a special. We tend to try to do things the right way the first way, so we agreed to the upgrade. The job was done quickly and efficiently, about 4 days total, which I felt was outstanding considering the large scope of work. The posts were installed the correct way (in cement, unlike our previous posts!), and while some of the pickets were a little higher than I had hoped, they did a good job of doing what they could to align them. After the job was done, my husband and I went to Home Depot to pick up some extra pickets as a favor for our neighbor. My husband had taken pictures of the pickets used by TNT to ensure we were able to find a match. It was at that time that we found that we were not given pre-stained cedar pickets, but rather cedar-tone stained whitewood pickets. Whitewood is a decrease in quality and longevity from cedar, which would have been bad enough. Even worse was the fact that the whitewood pickets were actually $2/linear foot CHEAPER than the originally quoted cedar. Naturally, I was a bit irate. TNT charged us $2/foot more for a product that was of arguably lesser quality and that seemingly cost them $2/foot less than the agreed upon quote. My husband called Thomas and he was immediately responsive and very apologetic. After putting a stop on the balance check, we were able to reach a compromise including a discounted price and for TNT to take care of the favor we were helping our neighbor with, which included cladding about 180ft of fence with matching pickets. The compromise only took a couple of hours to reach and the extra work was done on the next Saturday. Based on Thomas' reaction, and interactions with my husband, we'd like to think that this is an honest mistake, and without said mistake, they were a good company to work with. But I'm a naturally skeptical person. Just ensure the product that you are expecting is the product that you are getting, and you should be fine. If you are offered a 'pre-stained' option, either steer clear all together, or make sure the label doesn't say 'Cedar-tone'. If it does, it is likely the whitewood that was presented to us.

The worst. I had to chase Tomas down to try to get him business. The fact that I had to call and text him more than once to even get an estimate from him should have been a red flag. After he gave me an quote to replace my chain link fence, I called and texted him and never received a response. If he was busy, communicate. If he was no longer interested in the job, communicate. You don't just leave a customer hanging. Very unprofessional.

It went well. Thomas and his crew are very good at what they do. He came out and gave me a good assessment and price (on the weekend). The final product looks excellent and well constructed.

Two very capable guys came and took care of the job like promised, unlike another Angie's List firm who was upset to be called out for a small job. It was a big job to me cuz I couldn't do it! I would not hesitate to call TNT again. They were done in a blink of an eye and so far it looks like a great job!

Thomas came out himself and gave me a written estimate on the spot. The price was way better than two other estimates I had received. His crew showed up on time and were very professional. They took the time to make sure all the walk gates and drive gates were exactly where I wanted them. They installed a cedar picket privacy fence along with a cap and trim that Thomas recommended would look great and also a section of chain link fence. It took them only three days to complete the fence and left my yard very clean. The quality of materials and work is outstanding. I highly recommend TNT Fence Company.

This was a great experience. Thomas, the owner, came out and gave us the quote on the spot. He was able to update the quote while we talked through different options (old fence removal/haul away, metal vs wood posts, picket materials, cap and trim, etc). We chose western red cedar pickets, treated pine rails, and galvanized metal posts. We received multiple quotes, and no other company could match the price with these quality materials. The installation was fast and professional. The installation crew came out about a week after we received the quote. Installation took two days. The fence looks great. We will definitely contact Thomas/TNT Fence Company again for our future fencing needs.

The TNT FENCE CO. Were very professional and showed great respect dealing with us. They did everything as agreed upon and also showed ways we can save money. The entire team worked hard staying on track to finish on time given. I would recommend TNT to all custoners in S.A area
