Timeless Sunsets Decks & Patios

I really enjoyed working with George as he was very responsive to my needs, gave me a very competitive bid and was able to start work immediately. George's crew was great, on time and worked extremely hard to complete the whole project on time and to my desires. The stairs they built over my septic are a huge improvement over what I had and they did a fantastic job on my deck. It all looks really great and I would highly recommend George and his team!

Company was able to start right away, didn't have to pay for services until job was done (no one else that we got bids from did this) Demo took 3 days as there was extra decking material attached to original structure that had to be cut out in pieces and removed. Framing went quick and Timeless reinforced the standard structure above what I was expecting. Any time that cuts were made that required 2 boards to meet they joined them with a 45 degree cut so that the screws would anchor the boards down (nice quality touch). Made a few small changes to design along the way with no problems. Waited to get it stained next week.

Outstanding. George was very knowledgable and responsive to all questions. His responses were timely. The crew performing the work were very nice and very good. They did our job with great care, meeting all our requirements, and with incredible communication throughout. This project was conducted seemlessly with no concerns. Would absolutely recommend or hire them again.

Our deck was completely rotted out and needed to be completely redone. We shopped around for a few bids and Timeless came in at about the middle. However, it was their responsiveness that initially set them apart. Both John and George were great at setting expectations up front. They were able to start work right away which was a great surprise. However, it was their great responsiveness and professionalism that I think sets them apart from the rest. They kept us informed the entire time and didn't take any money until they were done with the job. I will always recommend them for any deck work in the future.

We agreed to meet at a house i am closing on in 2 weeks to discuss a new deck at 4pm. I had to get out of work early, pick up my son from daycare next to my apartment (25 min from work), and drive to the new house to meet them (25 min from daycare). I texted them at 4:05 and no response. Called at 4:15 and no response. Finally got a text at 4:30 telling me he was over an hour away and wanted to reschedule. So i wasted 2 hours of my life because he could not text or e-mail. Also i have to make up the time i missed from work on another day.

The carpenters were extremely polite and kept the work area neat. They did not rush and paid attention to detail.

Construction went smoothly, no issues. Staining of deck was delayed one day due to finishing up on another project. Satisfied with results.

The work was performed professionally and promptly.

George with TS was very responsive from my initial contact to the end of the project. He gave me a start date and and an estimated time to complete and they met the start date and finished early. He called me the day before to remind me that materials would be delivered and crew would arrive to start the project. The attention to detail is really what sets them apart. The gentleman who actually built the deck was amazing, his accuracy and efficiency was something to see. I would not have any hesitation in recommending or using them again.

Timeless Sunsets did an excellent job on fixing up our weather damaged deck. George was easy to communicate with and gave informative advice on what steps would be the best and most cost effective. Jon was the initial contact when we needed an estimate. He was great. He worked within our budget and gave us multiple options for what we good do. The guys that actually built the deck were very nice and did an excellent job. We are enjoying our beautiful deck!

After I chose Timeless Sunsets after looking at several competitors in the San Antonio area, Donnie Ferguson, the sales associate, came out and we discussed what I wanted in a deck. He listened, made suggestions based on the topography of my land, and developed a deck based on my desires. After our initial meeting, Donnie called one of the two owners (John Anderson) and within 30 minutes, John was at my door and went over what Donnie and I discussed. After the initial contact, I had to go out of town; however, Timeless Sunsets continued to process my application, which included my Homeowners Association's approval. While in Dallas TX, I received a call from Timeless Sunsets Financial Assistance Representative, George Antuna and we went over the financing of the deck installation. Everything to this point was very smooth. Once the financing was approved, Mr. Ferguson and Mr. Anderson stayed in contact with me. We had several days of heavy rains and flooding so their installers had fallen behind (no fault of their own); however, the owners kept in touch with me and eventually work was able to begin. The workers (two of them) were punctual, courtesy and professional. The complete job was completed in two days. Like I said above, I would definitely use Timeless Sunsets again for future jobs.

Everything went well from start to finish. I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone from the start. The company owner, Mr. Antuna, called me back almost immediately after receiving my message and was in touch throughout the process. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He gave us all the time we needed to research and make our decision. The company gave us accurate estimates in terms of time, and work was done promptly. There was an issue with the cement contractors, but Mr. Antuna and his team were quick to step in and make sure the problem was resolved. We now have a gorgeous patio, which we use all the time, and has definitely added value for our family as well as for the house.

On first contact with John Anderson at Timeless Sunsets I had I good feeling. We needed our deck redone. Even though it was built in 2008 the wood was rotting away. Inferior wood was used (Chinese cedar) which led to our problems :( We discussed with John both wood and composite options. I did a great deal of research on composite deck because I didn't want to make another costly mistake. We needed to see a finished deck so John arranged for us to view a previous deck they had built. It was a composite John had recommended. It was a beautiful deck but not the look we wanted. After more research we thought Trex would be the brand we wanted if we were going to do composite so John provided estimates for a cedar deck and a Trex composite deck. I asked to see a Trex deck so John arranged that as well. After seeing the Trex deck I knew this was the way we wanted to go. John was VERY patient we us though this whole process. After deciding colors and having the skirting in cedar we signed our contract on on September 17th and demolition began shortly thereafter. John explained to us that he would manage the contraction part & his business partner George would handle the staining portion. The construction crew of Charles & Monroe arrived and began reinforcing the framing where needed. We also asked them to reinforce the far end of the deck for a possible hot tub.They began installing the decking and we could tell we had made a good decision. Any concerns I had during the process were immediately addressed. Construction took about 2 weeks. George contacted us to schedule the staining. A large and a small cedar pergola, which were part of the original deck construction needed to be stained to compliment our new deck. Jose Castillo came out and we discussed my expectations and how we could achieve them. The cedar was power washed in preparation for the staining. I was worried about a blotchy affect but Jose assured with the darker stain we had chosen this would not be a problem and he was right. I would hire Jose for any staining/painting jobs in the future.

The work crew was timely and very professional. They worked diligently and did not hurry the job. They cleaned up when the work was finished. The work crew was very courteous, friendly and professional. They were very focused on doing a great job, which they did. I am very pleased with the results and will use them again. George is very polite and informative. He explained to my satisfaction exactly what they were going to do. They results were better than I expected and working with this contractor was a refreshing experience. They were very thorough and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Sunset for any deck or patio work, and will call on them again. I have pictures to send to show the results.

From the very first time we met the sales representative, this experience has been the smoothiest and easiest remodel we have ever had done. The guys went well beyond what any other company would do to get our business and then did the best job possible. The people they brought in were very professional, very polite, very cooperative, very everything. This is without a doubt the most profesional crew we have ever had work on our home. All the people we dealt with were so cooperative and helpful, even when we asked them to delay the remodel, stain, etc. Having now worked with Timeless Sunsets, a company of which we really didn't know anything, I would recommend that anyone looking for remodeling of decks and patios look no further than Timeless Sunsets.

The project was done on schedule and the workmanship and material was excellent. Everyone involved from inception to completion were customer service oriented. Very friendly people, who know their craft very well.

The men and women who did every step of our deck were professionals. They checked with us every step of the way to make sure we were satisfied. They even wished us a happy Thanksgiving. We felt like family and are very satisfied with our new deck.

The employees of Timeless Sunsets were very professional and showed great knowledge and expertise from the first meeting through the clean up. We had a good idea of what we wanted our deck to look like and they took our ideas, made them better and more cost effective. Their understanding of the uses and potential uses of the deck area helped us discover uses for our new deck that we would have never thought about. They always arrived when they said they were going to arrive, which is a really big deal for our family. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship was A-one and the workers were courteous and respectful. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air in a world that is difficult to find honest concerned companies whose goal is to please their customers. The bottom line is that they went above and beyond what was expected and they did it on time and on budget. Kudos Timeless Sunsets!

Wanted it completed by Thanksgiving and it was. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. They even changed the design to meet my specifications. Would use them again if needed someone to build something in my back yard.

They added to our patio slab and built an arbor over it. After each step of the project the crews did a good cleanup job and put my patio furniture back in place. There was always phone calls or someone stopping by to check on progress. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We love our extended patio with arbor and my kids are enjoying having their friends come over for pizza parties out on the back patio.

They were very professional and wanted to make sure it was built the way we wanted. We are very happy with the workmanship that was done, and really appreciated all the calls from management checking to see if we were happy. After it was stained it was even more beautiful.....the painters were the cleanest ....they put plastic on everything ..... It was just an overall great experience for us. We would definitely use them again

met with designer who explained options and drew up plan. Installers came out as scheduled and finished the deck in 2 days in the hot Texas sun. I knew ahead of time that I would need to buy the stain which I did. 2 weeks after install they called to schedule the staining. Overall very professional people and results are outstanding. Better than I could even have imagined. I've gotten many complements on how well the deck looks.

Initial consultation was great. The salesman listened to our ideas and combined them into something we hadn't even thought of. He was patient and measured a lot to make sure it was done right. The crew came pretty quickly after, and were courteous and didn't mind my sons watching them work. They cleaned up their mess afterwards. And they followed up to make sure we were happy with the construction.
