Really felt lucky to find Cris. He did all the work himself and is a perfectionist. He has an eye for design and detail, and consulted with us throughout when there were decisions to be made about how best to proceed. There were no shortcuts and no compromises. He kept the work area very clean and tidy, and cleaned and straightened up at the end of every day. He quietly did his work: often we forgot he was even here. We will definitely recommend him to friends and family, and in fact have asked him to re-tile our other bathroom. We were 100% satisfied.

Working with Christian at Tile & Marble Elite Design was a joy! The workmanship on the backsplash is amazing. It looks better than I could’ve dreamed. The professionalism of Christian is something I’ve never experienced with others I’ve hired. Always on time and made sure to put down drop cloths so there was no mess. Cristian Budris is a true professional. He was meticulous in installing the tiles and consulted us with suggestions on how to make our bathroom more beautiful. We are thrilled with the job he did and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a great tile job!

I contacted Christian for a quote based upon previous Angies List reviews. I provided him with a diagram of the rooms involved and the estimated square footage. I also identified the tile size to be used. He provided me with a list of things i needed to do ahead of time, such as removing baseboards and stripping the wax off of my stained concrete. He and his crew, Sergie and Tiberiu were fantastic. They worked with me to allow me the needed access to my various rooms during the week the tiling was scheduled. Their attention to detail and constant explanations of issues they encountered were much appreciated. The end result completely transformed my living space and looks fabulous. The care they took is best evidenced by the need to remove a few sections of grout when they determined that the batch was slightly off-color from the rest of the house. They stayed for 2 extra hours after they were scheduled to leave for the day in order to remove the grout and showed up bright and early the next morning to replace the grout with a correct batch of the grout. The grout issue was an error from the manufacturer and not Christian and his team. But they worked hard to make it right. I can say with not hesitation that i am very happy that i hired them for the job. The price was well under my budget and the result is better than i had hoped for. Cristian is an amazing guy. He is incredibly considerate and professional. But most importantly, he is great at tile work. His attention to detail and care for his craft shows in all that he does. He really has the home owners needs in mind with his work and was always looking out for the best thing to do in every situation. The price was very reasonable and he went above and beyond to make us happy. I would highly recommend him for any tile work in your home. You will not be sorry if you hire him.

We had our master and guest bath remodeled and both came out perfectly. Cristian was very professional throughout the whole process. Of everyone we met with to bid on the project, Cristian seemed the most knowledgeable and skilled. He asked the most questions and took the time during the quote process to get a full idea of what we wanted. He was very neat while working and always cleaned up the area when he was done for the day. His tile work is very skilled and precise. Both bathrooms came out better than we could have imagined. We will definitely be using him again in future and recommending him to anyone who needs similar work done.

Highly recommended! Right from the start Cristian showed integrity, professionalism, and great communication. On top of that his workmanship is fantastic. He was detailed, patient, and gave great advice on details we hadn’t even thought of. We’re so happy with how everything turned out! Will definitely call him for future projects in our home.

My main bathroom had a very large hole from fixture replacement and I also needed 25 sq feet of tile replacement on each wall. Mr. Budris responded to my request for a quote in one day. His quote for the job was fair and far below what 2 other highly rated contractors gave me, so I hired him. The finished work is FLAWLESS. In addition, he was very pleasant, extremely professional and explained what he was doing and why every step of the way. I am beyond happy with the result. I plan to hire him again to renovate another small bathroom in the future. One thing; he is very busy so you may have to wait a few weeks for the work to be done. If you can wait, do it. You will not be disappointed and it's worth the wait. I HIGHLY recommend.

The contractor did an amazing job and he was extremely professional. He worked clean and his communication was outstanding. I would definitely hire him again!! Highly recommend!

Some people are installers and a few are craftsman. Christian is a dedicated craftsman and my shower is spectacular. The other bonus was the hand crafted tile work was completed for less than half the bids of the other installers. Choose Christian- the consummate pro.

It was the best ever. I’ve worked with contractors for over 20 years but have not once interacted with someone as incredible as Kris. He demonstrated the highest level in integrity, quality, professionalism, and detail than I have ever seen before. I highly recommend if you are looking for perfection and excellent quality, you won’t be disappointed. He never rushed, was very patient and took it easy. AND, very clean, not a single dust left behind.

I hired Christian to install a ceramic tile backsplash in my kitchen and I couldn't be more pleased with the job he did. He is punctual, communicative, and professional. He does great work and I would hire him again in a second.

Excellent. Christian was very polite, punctual, and went above and beyond. He is very meticulous with his work. You could tell he takes pride in what he does. We had the tile installed on an angle with two different size tiles and everything was done to perfection. He informed us what he would be doing and how long it would take and there were no delays. He cleaned up and offered to put the leftover tile in my SUV. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him.

Cristian did a great job on the project. I provided a quote almost immediately and was very responsive throughout the project. Even calling when he got stuck in traffic on his way here (even thought it really was only about 15 extra minutes). The work looks great. He was very neat when working and respectful of our house. He made sure the tile were aligned correctly and showed off well. I would definitely work with Cristian on future tiling projects.

Cristian was very professional and did a beautiful job on our screened in porch. he was very conscientious, clean, detail-oriented and did all the work himself. His price was higher than the other bids we received, but his professionalism and effort to make sure we were happy with the job convinced us to go forward with his bid. We are very glad we did. Cris was great!! He's very professional and attentive to details. We made a wrong call on day 1 not to cover enough wall with tiles but Cris had no problem taking care of it the next day using the left-over tiles at no extra charge. The kitchen looks amazing now :) He also cleans up really nicely after the job is done. I will definitely reach back out him if we have more tile work to do.

What I loved about these guys is they do things the right way- no shortcuts. Our floor was messed up from the previous contractor and they explained to me that our hexagon marble floor would not look perfect if the subfloor wasn't correct. They laid a new subfloor, and tiled/grouted the next day to accommodate time that was lost. Our floor is perfection- no words for how gorgeous it is. They even recommended a lighter grout than I originally planned and a marble transition piece- both of which look amazing. Cris was always in communication with us, always on time, always polite and our building staff commented on how professional they were. We will only use them for future tile jobs in our home.
