Make sure that the supervisor is at your construction site instead of being at a 2nd job but of course you will pay a full time supervisor. They only use 10 persons for the construction so if you hire them you might see the same guy doing the garden and the second day he will be doing the siding, tile, etc. Be very carefull because he likes to hide the bids-estimates from the subs specifically for labor and he will send you what he thinks the cost should be. If you ask for a repair have in mind that it will take at least 10 calls-emails in order to send someone to look at it and maybe 1 month to start the repair, but dont forget that if the person that will make the repair is doing something else it may take longer.
