There’s nothing better than people still taking pride in their work and knowing their craft to the fullest and the best part is the personal touch of being treated like a human being! He took his time to check out everything in the system. Then educated us about our system! You can’t put a price on that. He’s most definitely a rare gem in this world today. That’s trust and loyalty to others not trying to get a buck by scamming you. I don’t know how we found him but I’m so glad we did. Now I can cancel the expensive so called membership with a wait of 2 months to get service with the peace of mind that we are good to go for another hot summer ahead. You need to THINK KOOL for your AC needs. I’m sure glad we did, and found our new AC company👏🤗.
