When contacting the company, I was told that they only take on projects that are $3500.00 and up. So, had to go back to Angie's List to find someone else. They would not come out for an estimate unless the job would be $3500.00 or more.

Joe and his crew are GREAT!! Work is done every 2 weeks

The estimate for the landscaping came to $1,500, which was very fair. The cost for the specialty privacy fence (also very fair) ranged from approximately $6,000 for treated cedar fencing with support rails to $9,000 for white vinyl fencing. I was going to choose Joe to do the landscaping (I decided to put off the fencing until another time). He let me know, however, that he could not start until the end of the following week due to commitments from existing jobs. I told him that I appreciated his honesty, that I would keep him in mind for a future fencing project, and that I would have to commit to someone else that could start the work a week sooner. Even though I could not use The Yard Man's services at this time, I would highly recommend Joe DeLeon for all of your fencing and landscaping needs.

Joe started off by taking some measurements and asking us exactly what we wanted. He was always available for questions and always led the effort when any work was being performed. Joe is a very hard working and honest person that I trusted completely the very first time I met him and he never let me down. Joe and his team was flexible to our schedule and got everything started in a couple weeks after I hired him and had everything done in a week including the very time consuming flagstone patio. My wife and I were very happy with the results and would definitely hire him again.

This last time in March Joe came and aerated the yard and added mulch and trimmed the plants that had died during winter. I thought they would need to be replace but he said be patient they will come back and they diid!! He is a great guy, could have agreed with me and replaced the plants at an added cost. The cost above is for this year and it might have been less. Joe had completely redone our front yard in 2013 , we had a rock garden and decorative plants put in along with brick borders around the rock garden and our tree. He and his crew removed all the old grass put down some new topsoil and zoysia grass in the front and another type on the side to match our neighbors. He also put in a ac drain in the ground for us. A beautiful job. They cleaned up every bit of dirt that got on the driveway and sidewalk. Everyone who saw our yard commented on how pretty it was. He even put some of the leftover sod down in our back yard. Both Joe and his crew are very reliable and we will always use them and recommend them.
