I highly recommend hiring The Tree Guys of Texas, the staff and owner are very professional and do a wonderful job!! I could not have asked for a better experience. They were on time, the quality of the work was GREAT and the friendliness of the staff and owner were absolutely wonderful. thanks guys!

Crew (six people) showed up precisely on time. The were well equipped, well orchestrated, and they worked together like a harmonious and well-oiled machine. They were very experienced. The job was completed in very short order (two hours), all the cut tree limbs were sealed, and the limbs were cut again for compaction and hauled away. Communication with the customer and among the workers was exceptionally good. (This work with ladders and chain saws is not without significant hazards.) Bottom line is: We got exactly what we hoped for. We again can see the beautiful hillsides and views that we moved here for. We enthusiastically recommend THE TREE GUYS of TEXAS as great people to work with. They really know what they are doing. Their service is a good value, and they are pleasant, hard-working, and professional. At the end, my wife and I shook the hands of each crew member because we were so happy to have had them at our house, and delighted with how they improved the view from our deck. The experience was great. I would not hesitate to use them again. They were very professional.

I had originally asked for a Saturday but found myself home on the Wednesday. I contacted Mike to let him know that I would be available Thursday and Friday. He called back later to tell me that they were in the area and could they do the job.They arrived quickly and performed the work needed. In addition, they cleaned up other small branches that I had pointed out.Cleanup was great, you would never know that I had work done.

The $89.00 big deal offered is just a foot in the door for a bigger job and cost. Mike promised to call me back and never did. Disappointed that he would not provide an hourly rate, so that he could manage my expectations. Based on the conversation with Mike I expected a large charge for the service.

Mike and his guys did a great job on trimming our trees. My husband was also happy with the work and he is hard to please.

They were great. Arrived on time and started work on the tree, 2 guys in the tree and 2 on the ground. There was no wasted time. I had no experience in having trees trimmed out before but they did a great job. I was very pleased with them and the results.I would definitely recommend them. I need another tree in the front yard done and will bring them back to do it.

Overall this was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend the Tree Guys to everyone. The owner, Mike, is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He and his crew do an excellent job, and they are not finished till you are 100% satisfied.

They did a wonderful job on my trees, but they wanted to charge me more than the Big Deal price. All they told me on the phone was when they were coming which was an hr late. They did the job in less than two hrs. They sent about 5 or 6 people. They want to charge me $180 more than the Big Deal paid in advance service.

Showed up at the agreed time. Went right to work. Used pulleys and ropes for safety. True professionals. Kinda like a carefully well-rehearsed dance. Guys in the tree, guys on the roof, guys on the ground. Cleaned up and took off. I will use this service again.

As I'm still wearing a back brace due to the surgery, when I stand for long periods of time, I told them I'd come out and check the work from time to time. When I did, I was very impressed! The four guys were all working; whether up in the trees cutting, on the roof cutting, or on the ground cutting. If not cutting, they were handling ropes to ensure the cut limbs didn't fall on the roof, or, they piled cut limbs onto a tarp to haul away. There was no after doing their job, they stopped since they had to do only certain tasks. They just kept going, doing whatever to get the job done. At times they would ask me if I wanted a whole limb cut or just a portion, and they did what I asked. If I saw something that still didn't clear the roof or chimney to my satisfaction, they cut it. When Mike came after doing another estimate, he looked and told them to cut whatever he saw needed cutting. He even grabbed a pole saw and cut whatever branches he could reach. They all continually asked me what else I wanted trimmed or cut, and they responded accordingly. They painted every single cut they made, regardless of distance. When they were nearing the end of work, I noticed some dead branches had gotten close to the top of my flagpole. I asked Mike it they could remove the one nearest. He told a crew member to cut several branches close, and some not close that were dead. When they were done, they raked and cleaned up every piece of fallen tree debris they saw. They blew debris off the roof, off the deck, off the sidewalk, and even around their trailer where they loaded all the limbs. I've never seen such a crew work so well together, and take so much pride in their work. Each one of them, whether in the tree, roof, or ground, would ask me if I saw anything else that I wanted cut. This is a crew I will definitely will hire in the future. I strongly recommend anyone with tree problems to call Mike!

I used an Angies List coupon for this service. I had to plan to wait to schedule for the following week. However the owner of the business called to say that he had a crew member who lived out my way and would I like to have the crew stop by after normal hours the next day; I agreed. On the scheduled day, well before my appointed time I received a call from the owner to inform me the crew was leaving the other job site but would be stuck in traffic and would likely be an hour later getting there. The crew also called to let me know when they where 30 minutes away. The crew arrived and got started right away once I showed them the tree. Benny and Mike started tying off limbs and whipped out chain saws and where done in under two hours. They even raked up the twigs!

After a sudden windstorm, my large tree fell and was held up by a fence, ready to fall toward my neighbors house. Mike quickly came out, evaluated the situation, performed a temporary fix, then had his crew drop what they were doing to handle the dangerous situation. The removal was complicated due to the location and size of the tree, but they handled it well with no damage to my or my neighbors landscape. The clean-up was fantastic.

I called the Tree Guy for an estimate to trim my trees and clear out the greenbelt behind my house. He was punctual, friendly and very professional. He quoted me a price for the job that I agreed was fair and he said he would be there the following week to get started. When he arrived the following week he and his crew were again very friendly. They worked throughout the day and I never saw them standing around. At the end of the day they cleaned the yard and left it in better shape than they found it. Upon inspection of his job I could see that he did a very good job and took extra care in his work. I would recommend him again for sur
