I was very happy with the work that was done. One of the guys was 15 minutes late (he had trimmed a branch containing a wasp nest the day before), so with out asking, the entire team stayed an additional 15 minutes. Mike the owner came out during the job to inspect the work. The guys were friendly and cleaned up all the leaves and branches from my yard. Looking forward to having them come back out.

We had a representative from the Tree Guys come out to do an initial estimate to trim some trees in our yard. Initially, we thought that we'd only have some trees trimmed over the roof --- but after the consultation, we decided to have a large pecan tree trimmed and some other shrubs cut back. The representative was friendly, knowledgable and prompt (sorry, I forgot his name - Mike?). We set-up a time for him to come back a week later. He came back with a team of guys and they went right to work. They trimmed all of the trees and used a woodchipper to take care of all of the debris. The whole process took less than two hours and we are very satisfied with the job they performed.

Overall we liked mike and his company. We were disappointed the coupon did not apply to cutting down a tree, only trimming branches, but he worked with us to find a compromise between the special and reality. Very professional and courteous. We will hire him again! h

Canapy needed major cutting....Mike was thorough, efficient, to the point. His crew showed up on time; quick as a wink, it was done AND cleaned up. When I get ready to remove the rest of the tree, I'm calling The Tree Guys....

I wasn't there, but work was done. Estimate given on additional tree trimming. Was higher than I was wanted to spendm, so they did the contracted work via the coupon.

Mike and his crew arrived promptly and got right to work after a review of the job specifics from me. They did a very good job on assessing and performing the necessary trimming requested, and recommended additional work that preserved the health of the tree. They also identified a health concern on one of the back oaks and trimmed and dressed the tree to resolve, as well as trimming a limb back from the roof. They stuck to the parameters I gave them, and did not trim too much. Mike invited, did not mind, and was very responsive to additional detailed requests from me. Clean-up was fast, efficient and thorough. I was very pleased with the job and the price. I have used other tree trimming companies and have paid a much higher price for similar work, with less satisfactory results. Additionally, Mike is a pleasure to deal with - very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The whole experience was great, and I will certainly invite Mike back whenever my trees need something again.

The Tree Guys showed up to work when promised, despite bad weather. They worked steadily, again, despite bad weather, and finished the work when and as promised. They were good about cleaning up at the end of each day, so the yard looked like new every evening. My husband is very very picky. He was monitoring the job carefully and debating every tree removal. The Tree Guys were not fazed and were able to satisfy him. A few days after the job was officially done, The Tree Guys came by to be sure we were happy with the outcome and see if anything else needed to be done or cleaned. Very impressive.

I was impressed that I got the estimate the same day that I called. Service was provided a few days later.

They initially wanted to do a lot more than the package, giving us a much larger estimate for a lot more work. The estimate was very reasonable for the work they would perform, but we decided to just go with the minimum. They came in with 3 guys and within an hour had the tree looking perfect, while all the branches and leaves on the ground were cleared up. Pure efficiency. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding! Very timely; and work was performed neatly, and cleanup thorough and a breeze. Would definitely use The Tree Guys again!

The owner came to my residence and we looked at all the trees and bushes that needed trimming. His estimate was very reasonable and he provided the date and time the workman would be at my home and how long trimming would take. The workman came on time, completed all the work as scheduled and cleaned all the debris. Overall, I was very impressed with the speed and quality of their work. I plan to keep using them and have referred friends to the Tree Guys of Texas.

Great! Very professional, polite and timely.

I have 3 acres with over 30 beautiful oak trees on it. All of them are very large and mature. Mike Oles came out and walked the property with me. He is extremely knowledgeable and it is very obvious that he takes pride in his work. He gave me an estimate to do a full clean up on my entire property; it was a little over $6000.00. His estimate was not the cheapest, but was in the middle range. I was most impressed with him handing me a liability waiver, waiving me of all liability if anything should happen while they were here. He also gave me proof of his insurance. The other companies said they were insured, but never offered any proof. When they arrived we walked the property again. While we did that, his crew was sanitizing their tools. I was very impressed with that! All of the limbs cut near my home were carefully dropped with a rope. I was very impressed from start to finish. Every one of his crew members took great pride in their work. I have had my trees done several times, and they have never looked as good as they do now! The Tree Guys have definitely set the bar! And they've set it high!! The cleanup at the end of every day was amazing. Not a single leaf or twig could be seen anywhere. They also sprayed every cut that they made. They were extremely professional!

Of course I found the Tree Guys on Angie's List. When I called the owner, Mike Oles, He came to my home the next day and gave me a free estimate. On Thursday (Nov 29) five guys showed up at my home right on time and began working. What impressed me was the fact they sanitized their tools before starting so they would not endanger my trees from possible contamination. Mike estimated it would take 1 1/2 days to complete the work and that is exactly what it took. That included trimming my bushes in the front yard as part of the price. After completing the work each day they cleaned up my yard and the only way you would have known they were there was because of how great my newly trimmed trees and bushes looked. It was quite obvious the Tree Guys are quite proud of he work they do. In February I am going to have them back to trim my 25 oleander bushes which are quite large and out of control in my back yard. I am definitely going to put the Tree Guys on my favorite's list and have them back every year to trim my oleander bushes and every 18 months to trim my trees.

I was not at home when they arrived and my wife, who's English is limited, told me that they worked for less than 2 hours, did minimal work, refused to do more at her request and were not very cordial to her. They did not clear all that they had trimmed and the owner complained to me that he had to drive too far to come do the work at our home because he did not put distance limitations on the big deal ( not my problem)

it was like I had whole new Great job from this company. They were prompt, professional, and quick. I was at work but the wife was there to direct and said the guys did a great job. When I got home it was as if we had a whole new yard. I highly recommend them.

They were easy to communicate with and punctual. Since I was in no hurry, I was flexible based on their schedule. Once a time and date was determined, they arrived as scheduled. Rather than charge me to haul the tree debris away, they decided to use a wood chipper which saved me approximately $60. Approximately 45 minutes after they started, their chipper stopped working and so did they. The continued to clear the remaining debris from the lawn. Overall, I was satisified with their performance.

Great. On time for both estimate and work completion.

They did a great job. It started when the company emailed me a few hours after I bought the deal letting me know they would be calling me the following business day to schedule the work. They called as promised and worked with my schedule to get the guys out as quickly as possible. They showed up bright and early Monday morning as promised. I just showed them the two areas I was concerned with where the trees were growing over the roof and they went at it. They did all the other trees to clean up everything without being asked as well as trimming up the shrubs because of the extra time. All 5 guys were great.

They were very efficient and professional. My trees look great. The clean up was excellent. Need I say more. We are going to use them again for the rest of our trees that need to be trimmed. They trimmed approx 15 to 20 trees.

We live in Great Northwest had had recently heard complaints about companies who were sticking cards in doors to do the tree trimming, yard clean up. I said, no problem, we'll check Angie's List and The Tree Guys are just outstanding examples of great companies to do business with on Angie's List. Do call them if you need trees trimmed.

The estimate was complete with full explanations and suggestions (which I asked for). Mike was friendly, punctual and I could tell he had enormous pride in his work. This was the first and only estimate I obtained. The crew worked non stop - even while it was raining. They were very understanding about the potential to need for me to let my dogs out (for a break). The stump grinder was not available that day (Friday) but Mike returned Monday to complete the work. He refused any payment on Friday until the job was done. They removed every branch, limb, and twig! I had raked up a few piles of leaves in the back and had not gotten around to picking them up..... those piles left with the crew! Mike and his crew exceeded my wildest expectations!

Steve and his crew did the job quickly and cleaned up all evidence of any limbs and leafs. All fish are fine.

The Tree guys arrived promptly as promised. They had a couple of their workers trim our Oak tree in the backyard and about three or four workers trim our two trees in the front yard. They worked fast and efficiently. When they were done, our trees looked spectacular and they cleared our yard and the yard next door fo all the debris (tree limbs, branches and leaves, etc). Overall, Tree Guys is an excellent company and I very highly recommend them to everyone in need of tree service. I will use their services again.
