The Tree Guys of Texas

I had about 15 years of growth on my 1/8 acre property with nothing but HUGE FREAKIN TREES. I had alot of branches rubbing the roof, chimney, etc.. and some squirrel problems. They brought out a crew of 3 (supposed to be 2 usually) and gave me a solid 4 hours of hard work. Bought the crew lunch when they were done and they were very professional, curtious and clear in what they were doing and how they thought it went. Would definently hire them again, i stil have a few trees that could use trimming but we were out of time.

Mike and his team were outstanding. They came in trimmed all of the trees and bushes, cut down all of the small trees then removed all of the debris. They checked to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction prior to packing up and leaving. The fact that they cleaned up everything and didn't leave it in a huge pile in front of the house was a major plus. Great customer service! I will definitely use them again in the future!!

Mike the owner came on schedule to give quote. Walked the yard and decided which trees should trimmed and which removed. Scheduled work for following Friday. Showed up on time as agreed. Completed work and cleaned up. Great customer service and professionalism be all work crew. Would not hesitate to use Tree Guys again.

They did a very good job. They had to postpone appointment by a few days, but gave us extra time off the clock to make up for it. Responded quickly and professionally. They even used a blower to make sure the fallen leaves from the trim were off our porch and sidewalk. I would use them again.

They came out and trimmed around a few trees surrounding my driveway. We added some more time to have additional trimming done. The price was great!

All came on time. Manager listened to everything I said told it to his crew and left. Crew did all the work basically cut everything they saw even nice bush that I forgot to mention to keep. Told them i was not happy they did that. Not much of response. Not sure they understood what I said. I was not home when work finished but was close by they all left without calling me or telling my husband they were leaving.

I hired The Tree Guys to trim two large Pecan trees and remove over 15 old shrub and small tree trunks. I am very pleased with the job and with the level of customer service by the owner, Mike. He is professional, courteous and helped educate me on the dos and don'ts of tree trimming. There are a lot of tree trimming companies out there and The Tree Guys aren't the cheapest, but Mike's overall knowledge of trees and tree trimming impressed me and was worth the cost. I asked a lot of questions and he was very patient with me. He called me after the job was done to see if I had any questions and to find out if the job was done to my satisfaction. I appreciated that. I would recommend them to my friends and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Mike!

I was very pleased with the completed job. The Tree Guys of Texas came out and re shaped and pruned a huge pecan tree that covers the house. The tree in the past had not been pruned as well. They were very careful with the house because our roof is Spanish Tile. When they were finished the roof was cleaned as well and on the ground all that was cut and debris from roof was removed. They came right on time and and finished the job in the range of time that I been told. I look forward to see how the tree looks when it leafs. I was more than pleased with the work and have already recommended them to others. I will use company again.

A whole crew of workers showed up. They took everything down. Everything is great.

It was a great experience. Mike was able to come out when convenient for us and give an estimate for what we wanted done. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his business. After the initial estimate, I called to see about adding some additional work and he was always very responsive to my phone calls. On the day of the work, they were here early and began setting up the equipment. They walked through the yard with me again to make sure they understood everything clearly and began the work.They did a fantastic job! I can't say enough about how pleased we are with their work. They cleaned up completely afterwards, even things that weren't caused by the work they had done. I would definitely hire them again.

Very well, they pruned and trimmed three trees, were on time and fonished promptly. I feel it was a good value.

The company went out of their way to meet my preferences in scheduling the work. The "Tree Guy" made an initial walk through prior to making his estimate and noted problem areas as well as trees which needed no attention. Estimate was fair and arrived in a timely manner. On the first day of the work (took two days - large yard with many trees), the Tree Guy" did another walk-around with owner and took note of owner's preferences concerning trees and areas which needed particular attention. The work crew was diligent, polite and left the site neat at the end of the first day. Second day went well with both "Tree Guy" and the foreman separately consulting with owner prior to ending the project. No debris left behind; yard and trees look great. Courteous, professional and hard-working.

I have used Mike and his crew before and i was so pleased with his work i wouldn't use anyone else. Mike is very knowledgeable about trees. His crew was very respctful of my property cleaned it all up left nothing behind

They did the job on time using a staff of polite friendly workers who cleaned up after completion. Great job.

Very professional, efficient, affordable service, with the owner, Mike, going above and beyond by giving advice about caring for remaining trees. We hired him to go to my 80 year old mother's house to remove a very large stump that was very close to the house, and he was very careful not to damage the house. My mother in law was very impressed with the care he took to protect her property and how he cleaned up the area afterwards. She said she felt very comfortable with him and did not feel at all like he was trying to overcharge her at all. Her words, "I would recommend him to ANYBODY!"

They were really responsible and helpful. We weren't sure whether to take the whole tree down or just trim it, and they gave us great advice. They performed the work quickly and were very respectful of the neighbors and helpful in discussing tree care.

I had asked that one little tree get trimmed, but they forgot. Its basically a weed, but missed it. Then they left without saying good bye - generally it is a just a walk around to ensure everything went well. I still give them an A rating because of their overall work and professionalism. I will use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was a satisfactory service. I wasn't here but I had a neighbor come over and supervise because I was on a month long trip away from home. Otherwise it was very satisfactory. I didn't spend any additional. There were a couple of little small minor things that I asked them to do and they didn't do them quite like I wanted but again I can't say it was their fault because I wasn't there to follow through with it. As far as I know, they came on time. The owner tended to be very headstrong in his opinion. I might look around to see what's out there for the next time.

They were quick to finish the job. They came in with a big crew they were done within an hour or two.

They worked for 2 full days 3 workers, owner checked in several times.
