closet systems
+ -1 moreWe recently moved to San Antonio from Germany with the military, bringing with us a beatiful 4 mirrored sliding door closet that we had purchased there. Three months after the military's contractors reassemble our closet, we were faced with a horrible experience of the two closets collapsing to the center and every thing in them going down! For several months we struggled to find a handyman to repair this damage. We contacted at least a dozen of experienced handymen and at least half of them (the rest didn't even bother showing up to the appointment), walked thru our house, just to repeat the same old story. "Sorry, I'm not sure I can fix that. Oh No, I don't think this is fixable" And finally, thru a really good friend of ours, we contacted Robert. My husband and I at that point,had decided this would be our last effort to fix this massive 2 section closet. And it was. Robert delivered excactly what he promised. No words can describe how happy we feel that we can finally have our closets back! And no words can describe Roberts proffessionalism, integrity, punctuality, honesty, inginuity,determination, modesty, politness and friendliness all in one, to deliver the desired result in excellence! They say everything happens for a reason. May be our bad luck stream with everyone else, was for the purpose of finding the one perfect person whose name will definately be on our quick list of phonenumbers for anything and everything that needs fixing in our house. And of course we wouldn't leave our friends out of the loop either. They all need to know who to call when they need a reliable person to do a great job.
Description of Work: Robert repaired our massive four mirrored sliding door German closet, that was divided in two sections. He removed the heavy mirrors on the front, something that no one else that we had contacted prior to Robert was even able to do, and then he stablelized the structure of the surrounding frame, which had several punctures inside the walls of the unit due to the rods and shelves collapsing. He basically took it all apart and reassembled it, by applying extra support to prevent this from happening again.
