THE HOME DEPOT

They call different people from different departments. The employees didn't know the products. They need to hire people who know the product and the ratings.

They have a manager that is supposed to check on the crew but the manager never showed up. The manager was supposed to come at the end when they are finished to check if it was done correctly but he never showed up. To this date he never called or showed up. The work appears to be good but I don't know since I am not an expert on gutters. I guess that's what service managers should have done.

You will find people to help you there for money. They have dumpsters, which are foldable. You can fill it up and they will take it away. The bag is about $50. For $100, they will come out and pick up the disposal. The last time I went there, I spent $150. I did not have enough money to have somebody come out and pick up the garbage. I am on a limited income. They are very good. Their service is affordable. Their price is very inexpensive compared to other companies. The bag works very well. I cannot afford the pickup, though. They seem very organized about the whole thing. They are one of the bests in waste disposal. I would recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

I paid $716 to have the Home Depot in Cambray replace my leaking water heater. I was told if I ordered it before 2 pm it could be done that day. Since I went in at 3:30 pm I was told that the work would be done the next day. I waited all day for them to call. Finally at 3 I called to see when they were coming. I was placed on hold for 14 minutes and then was told that they weren't coming until the NEXT day because of scheduling. Needless to say, I was livid. I went back to the Home Depot and got my money back. I went to Lowe's to buy the water heater and the guy told me it would cost $500 to install it. But that's another story. I bought the water heater and am having a plumbing company install it.

Home Depot did a pretty good job. I was very satisfied with the work they did. They cleaned up and left no mess. We took several price comparisons and they asked for a very reasonable price. The only downfall was it took them two weeks to finish the job. They had a lot of business at the time.

I am very pleased with my new carpeting in the three rooms that Home Depot installed for me, everything went great. The carpet installer that was sent out was very professional and knowledgeable in his work. Everything was perfect the first time and we have not needed to call them back for anything. The company has done other work for me and we are always pleased with there reasonable prices.

I was not pleased with the service men Home Depot sent out to replace our hot water heater during this past summer. I do not know too much about installing a hot water heater but when the city inspector came in they gave the company a fine for not doing all that they were suppose to. The men were made to return to do the proper installation work and we would not use them again

We were not satisfied with our new hardwood flooring we purchased from Home Depot. The flooring was all scratched up after it was installed and we called Home Depot. They told us they would replace the flooring, but this meant they would have to rip up the old flooring to replace it with new wood flooring. The house was a dusty mess the first time the flooring was done. I wasn t interested in having that mess again so we said no. We settled for a discount on the price but felt the men should have taken more care not to scratch it when they did the installation.

I was very pleased with the service people who came to my home to replace my hot water heater, as there was a lot of work involved in taking the old one out. The new one was a little different, so we had a few adjustments to make a long the way to get it installed and running properly. We had gotten a few other estimates and we were very pleased with Home Depots price and quality of installation. The service men did a great job in their work. Our new hot water system is working great.

Home Depot did a horrible job. It was a terrible experience. They did not install the metal reinforcements for the edges. It was crooked, and it wasn't leveled at all. I had them come back three times and they didn't fix it. I was not happy.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK HOME DEPOT DID. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED THE GLASS ON THE DOORS AS WELL AS PICKED UP ALL DEBRIS FROM THE BOXES THAT WAS ON THE DRIVEWAY. WHEN I ORDERED THE DOORS THEY CAME AT THE TIME THEY TOLD ME AND THEY WERE PROMPT WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL THE DOORS. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SUPERVISION AT HOME DEPOT. IN SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER AND EXPLAINING MY SITUATION, HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING, HE IMMEDIATELY GOT THE PARTS ORDERED, AND SHIPPED TO MY HOUSE AND REPLACED.
