Response from The Guild Collective - San Antonio
First, let me apologize if you left messages and we did not return your call. This is unlike our company, as you can see from our many other positive reviews. I have been looking through call records, our database and our notes trying to see when you called and how we missed it. Currently, I cannot find any record of this, but I will keep digging so that this doesn't happen again. I hope that all potential customers understand that UNINTENTIONAL errors like this may occur. We would never intentionally not call someone back. We are the 5th Largest Solatube Dealership in the country, but we are not so big that we don't need your business! Nor are we a corporation where our customers are just a number/time slot. We care about you and your home, which is evidenced by the fact that we receive Christmas cards from some of our customers. Please also understand that this is our livelihood. Losing your business because of a call that was not returned promptly is bad enough, but to get an F-rating when we are a 1st Class Company is something that I wish you would reconsider. I assure you that if any message is overlooked, it is unintential, and it is never worth the power that an F-rating holds over a company's head! We are an Angie's List Super Service Award Winner for 2011, we are a multiple winner of Angie's List POH (this April in fact), and we have an overall A-rating in every consumer review site you look. I implore you to remove this review. F-ratings should be reserved for unscrupulous companies that steal your money, lie to you, or do shoddy work. A common error should not place us in that same category.
