Service was great. The complimentary formal quote made me feel confident in my purchase. The technician was professional, informative and kind. The office staff was lively. The price was reasonable. And the glass was a perfect fit and great addition to my sewing area. Overall, great business to do business with.

I contacted the Glass Guru 3 times to try to get the free estimate that they advertise on their website. I used their online form twice within the span of a couple of weeks and no one got back to me. I finally called them and the lady who answered was very professional and courteous. She took my information and we set up a time for the estimate. Eddie Gomez arrived at my house on time and was friendly. However, he did not seem very interested in making a sale. The first thing he told me and showed me was estimates from other homes he had visited and that those people did not want to follow through because it was too expensive. I expected him to take accurate measurements of my windows and doors as I wanted them all fitted with security screens. I showed him my rough estimates and then he proceeded to tell me that my rough measurements were good enough to get an estimate. I did not take the time off from work to meet with him to not have him take accurate measurements of my windows and doors and instead just take the rough measurements that I had. This all took place on a Friday afternoon. He said he would email the measurements to their main company out in California and he would have the estimates back by the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I never heard from him all week and finally had to call him on the following Friday. The same woman who I spoke to the first time about setting up my appointment seemed more concerned that Eddie did about getting back to me. 2 hours later, I finally got my estimate at an outrageous $13,075.60 for 4 windows, 1 door and 1 set of french doors.
