Perfect start to finish. I recommend The Front Door Company. John took the time to make sure I got the right door for my craftsman style home. The install staff were on time and cleaned up after the door was installed.

Great selection. Was able to get what we wanted with the color, glass and style we loved. Took some tike to get it in. Part was damaged so had to take even longer for that replacement. Love the door and would recommend them to everyone.

Trey Hampton the salesman was a pleasure to work with as was the installer David. I actually ordered my front door in a color that they didn't have a sample finish of and was thoroughly pleased when I had it installed. This door was installed in an existing frame and they provided new hinges, weather strip and also installed a new combination strike plate and handle set that I purchased. The other door was a complete unit and they installed it and the lock sets that I purchased. These were both installed on 6-9-17. David the installer did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. On the evening of 6-14 I noticed that the back door was rubbing in the upper left corner. I emailed Trey and he called me the next day and David came over and fixed it the following day. The customer service and experience was great and I would definitely recommend them. The reason that I gave a B (Good) on Professionalism is because I see this basically the same as Excellent. Now that it's been 8 days since these were installed, I noticed that the front door is not hot to the touch and that includes the handle set, a big difference.

Visited store; picked out door and hardware; waited 6 weeks for door to come in(knew this when we ordered it) set up a time to get it installed. Installed perfectly, now we admire it daily. What a great investment. This company takes pride in service!!

The day of the installation the installer was punctual, installed the door fairly fast, was friendly, and did the job with extreme professionalism. It has been three years since they installed our door. It still looks beautiful. We have had zero issues. I would recommend Front Door Company to another consumer with no hesitation.

I had used them in the past for a wood & lead glass door repair and they were very courteous and fixed the weather stripping. My builder recommended I use them for my new home's front door and they were great to work with in aspects. I had a basic design, but they made some recommendations that really made the door look proportional. The custom design turned out beautifully!

I called and got a quick inspection of the door along with a cost estimate. The appointment to actually do the work was within a reasonable period of time. The door, inside and out, was done to my complete satisfaction, and the cost was exactly what the cost estimate had been. I have used The Front Door before and have no hesitation about recommending them to you.

The installer came on time and got to work right away.He was professional and did a fantastic job. He installed the door better than the one the builder had installed.

I purchased my new front door from Front Door Company because the design was lovely and unique (actually a copyrighted design by the company). My contractor said his guys could finish the door for less $. The subs didn't seal it well and basically totally messed it up horribly so I had it removed and took it back to the Front Door Co. They were so helpful and gracious.Stripped the door and redid everything. They had to add new molding where it couldn't be stripped and charged me only a llittle extra that if I'd just let them do everything in the beginning. All the work was done in the shop. I learned my lesson. The door is lovely and the finish perfect.

We liked the doors that they had to choose from, the quality of the doors, and the staining process. The interaction was fine, we just went to pick out the doors, and the doors were fine.

Great. From the first meeting to get estimates to the last appointment, this company provided top notch service. For years I had been needing to replace my front door, but I kept putting the project off for fear of the high costs. This fall I finally completed this project with the help of the staff of the Front Door Company. I started this summer by popping into the store on West Ave. just to start by getting guesstimate prices so I knew what to budget for. Lisa was so wonderful and helpful, I ended up walking out of the store with an armful of books to look through at my leisure and general prices. Lisa gave me time to look through everything, there to answer random questions, and understanding that I wanted to take the time to price around town to get the most for my money. Lisa set up a person to come over to look at my then existing door to get my measurements so that, as Lisa stated, "we have them when you are ready to pick a door". I don't remember the name of the gentleman who came over, but he was polite, on time, and very helpful in answering my questions about whether I needed a new side light and door frame and explained everything so I understood. After settling on my favorite door, I met with Lisa to get a "final" estimate as well as three other companies. Even though the Front Door Company did not offer credit (their only negative), their prices were almost half of the competitors and their knowledge made them more trustworthy to me. I ordered my door again with Lisa, and since I made some changes to the door from the previous estimate, the price changed.... FOR LESS!!!!! I paid the deposit, and as soon as the door was ready, Lisa called and set the appointment for the next week to have the door installed. A different gentleman did the installation, but just as courtesy, helpful, and clean as the first person. The Front Door Company built a new frame for the door, stained the new door, and installed door for the cost of service listed in this review. The front door is gorgeous and makes me so happy to see when I drive home. It was perfect, well almost, a piece of trim was forgotten in the original installation. Absolutely not a problem, I called Lisa immediately, they stained it and installed it while I was at work. I could not be more pleased with Lisa, the Front Door Company, or their work, and I will use them for any other project they may do.

They were actually unable to assist me because I was needing an interior door in which they do not do exactly what I was needing however they were very nice, professional and their prices were very reasonable. This was for a customer of mine, they were very accommodating to my customer, were prompt and polite. I would definitely use them in the future.

Upon inspection of the front door to be replaced the service rep made his recommendations. Working with Lisa at the showroom was a pleasure; she was very helpful in our selection of a door and hardware that was suitable to our needs. We had used Front Door years ago on two other occasions and were very pleased with the product, workmanship, friendly service and follow-up. Again, we were very satisfied with the quality of product and service at The Front Door. Would highly recommend this company.

David with a front door company came out to replace our front door. He did an excellent job, and we were very impressed with his service. He was very conscientious, tidy, friendly, informative and very careful. He was extremely knowledgeable, when he came upon a problem he went above and beyond the call of duty and fixed what he could. I must say, after the 22 years of living in my home, David made this process as easing going and as stress free as possible! I would absolutely recommend this service and provider to any Angie's List member!
