Description of Work: Bathroom remodel that consisted of new tub, new tile surrounding the bath and new fixtures. Was a frustrating experience. What should have taken 1.5-2 weeks took over two months to complete. During the entire job, owner blamed tub design (Kohler), tile quality (tile recommended by ProSource) and fixture design (Dell). In the end, one tile worker was fired and tile had to be redone in some cases three times. In recapping the job with the owner, he did finally admit to some install problems. Owner complained that he didn't make any money on the job. How they won the SuperStar award from Angie's list for 2014 is my question?

Description of Work: He gave my a very excellent way to solve my job. He told me of a material that would make better sense for my project. He had job knowledge for my project.He shared.

Description of Work: I called Jeff Bryson and made an appointment with him to come to my home to give me an estimate at 11:00 AM June 29. He said to text him my address since he was busy on a job. I did so. He never showed up at our agreed upon appointment time and when my husband called him he said he had other jobs that had problems and he did not have my contact information to call me. He did apologize but the bottom line is that we were "stood up."

Description of Work: Complete remodel of our kitchen,removal of "popcorn" on ceiling,new cabinets,install granite countertop with tile backsplash and install new appliances. Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job of doing what he said he would do in the time frame that I gave him. Since this was at my vacation rental on the river we were pressed for time.I would also like to thank Jeff's brother for being there to address things and keep things on schedule when Jeff had some tough times with his wife's illness. I am very pleased with the finished product and would highly recomend Jeff Bryson for any remodel job large or small. Jeff was truly a breath of fresh air in his way of doing business and I consider him a friend. Randal McGuire

Description of Work: Jeff's team refaced my cabinets, installed granite, replaced backsplash, added 3 cabinets, and installed a farmhouse sink. This was the best experience I have ever had with a remodel. The guys who work for Jeff are wonderful, especially Keith, who handled my project. I absolutely love my new kitchen!

Description of Work: Did not use. Only provided verbal estimate of what and how much he would do and price was above other written estimates I received. He was polite, but not what I needed.

Description of Work: I made an appointment to have the contractor come to my home to bid a large bathroom remodel (over $10000.00). This contractor never arrived for the appointment and never called. In addition, when I called him he did not take my call and did not return my voice-mail message. I think this all goes to dependability. If the guy can't even handle an appointment in a reasonable way what's he going to do in the middle of your large project? How do you know he's not going to bail on you leaving you high and dry on your project?

Description of Work: I needed a new dishwasher installed and laminate flooring put down in one of my rooms.

Description of Work: Replaced broken tile in my kitchen and bathroom and remodel the master bathroom. In addition the outside tile was broken along the grout line. I also found I had a some areas on my wall that needed to be fixed and they told me what to do when I asked. The bathroom ended up to be a lot more work than first thought, after they removed the wall they had to do a complete re-do on the plumbing for both bathrooms, re-tile the walls and floor, replace the shower pan, tile the walls and floor of the shower, redo the floor of the bathroom.

Description of Work: the carpenters hand came in to fix my sub-floors and installed lamiment flooring in the master bedroom. they also installed ceramic flooring in both the master bathroom and and downstair bathroom. they did a excellent job. the quality of workmenship was excellent. i would recomend the carpenters hand to my family and friends .
