I had a huge, out-of-control, dying ash tree in my backyard that had become a potential hazard to my and my neighbor's property due to dead branches hanging over into their yard. Good experience with this company from first contact to job completion: Fair, competitive pricing, professional team who showed up on time and worked quickly, friendly owner. From my initial contact with Texas Sun Tree Service the experience was top notch. The owner, Esteban Rodriguez, contacted me immediately and made an appointment for an estimate. Mr. Rodriguez arrived on time and immediately began the educational experience. I told him what I needed and he explained how the job should be done and WHY. He understood that as a consumer I would be seeking other bids. Texas Sun Tree Service bid was competitive, but it was his timely follow-up and professional attitude that sold me. I've used Texas Sun twice for emergency tree services following storms. The first was to remove a tree that had nearly fallen through my roof. The second was to remove a huge branch that was broken and dangling from a tree over my deck. In both instances Esteban was able to quickly get a team over to my house to remove the tree and branch before further damage was done to my house. Esteban and his team are extremely professional, friendly, and were always on time. I appreciate this company so much and will be using them for future needs.
