During the process of getting our lawn re-sodded the landscaper advised us that we needed some work on the sprinkler system. He contacted Adam at Tri County Sprinklers on our behalf and Adam came to our home the very next day to evaluate the situation. His crew started the work the day after our lawn was finished and then Adam came back out the following day to make sure the sprinklers were OK. We noticed there was some water (not a lot) hitting the sidewalk so they re-adjusted some of the heads. You could not ask for a better company and their hourly rate was more than fair for the work that they did. Even though we did not directly view Angie's list for them they were highly recommended by our Landscaper (Hank Morgan of The Lawn Barber) which I did find on Angie's list. I could not have agreed more with Hank that they are a great company and they were kind enough to come out ASAP to fix our irrigation system. You cant ask for better customer service than what Tri County provided!

Tri county came out and fixed several sprinklers that were broken,adjusted heads and also fixed a problem with a pipe that broke when my water pump was replaced earlier this year. They also suggested the best method to water my lawn and adjusted sprinkler system settings! I would highly recommend them!

Fine! They made a couple adjustments and replaced a few heads. They know what they are doing. They are not that expensive, they are average.

I used this Provider before and will continue to in the future. Great Company to work with. Shelley, in the Office, could not be nicer to talk with. She even called me to say she had a cancellation because I had a time certain when I needed the work done. Sam, the Tech. and his helper did a wonderful job. Sam is very professional and answered all of my questions. Time will tell if my sad looking lawn will recover now that the water flow has been adjusted.

First, got 3 angies list quotes...his was the best by 20%....Arrived when agree for quote...quote was all inclusive, included tax and permits....crew arrived on time and got the job done in a day and a half....Owner stopped by for final inspection and didn't like the way things looked, so on his own accord, brought back crew for a better cleanup and re-sodded all of the ditches at no cost....They went way above the norm for service and customer satisfaction...use Tri-county and you wont be disappointed...great job!!!!!!!!!!

From the moment I first called Tri-County, they were great. The office staff was prompt and friendly. Some places I called gave me an estimate via google maps. Tri-County actually came out and looked at what I needed. They evaluated the slope of the yard and also asked about future plans I had to make the right decision. The day that the estimator was coming out, the office called me to inform me he would be 15 minutes late. I appreciated that and the estimator was on time. They showed up for installation on time and started work immediately. At the end of the day when they finished, they proceeded to pick up large rocks that were dug up and even swept the porch, sidewalk, and driveway. The trenches that were dug are even to the ground and I should have no problem getting grass to fill in the bare spots. After the install, the owner came out and did a walk through with me. We went over watering schedule, flow rate, seasonal adjustments, and how to adjust if I put seed or fertilizer down. The warranty was longer than others that I priced and their customer service was far better. For those reasons, I went with Tri-County. They were not the highest quote I got but they were on the lower end of the range. I feel I got a good product and service for the price

It was a fantastic experience. Fast, complete, professional experience. Definitely knows the industry. Price was very reasonable. I am considering getting my kids a system in their yards, and will definitely use TRI COUNTY SPRINKLERS More information in previous area above.

I called and cancelled after waiting an hour and no call from Tri County. Would not call or use again.

Everything was PERFECT from start to finish. We received quotes or at least tried to get quotes from several companies. They were the only company that showed up on-time and on the date they said they would, to quote the project. Shelly's customer service from their main office was stellar. Although she was not the person that provided the quote or supervised the install, she kept us well informed every step of the way. Adam, which was the person that provided the quote, supervised the install, and went over the functions of the RainBird control system was great too. They also coordinated with our landscapers directly (Down to Earth - awesome also *see review) I just provided them with each others contact info and they did the rest.

Appointment was scheduled for noon on Wednesday, and I got a call from their office at 11:30 notifying me that they would be late - which was fine, being the second appointment in a day the first job often runs long and I get that. I was happy that they called and let me know. The work was done very well, and the man (his name escapes me) was very thorough and conscientious as well as friendly and informative as to what was being repaired. Plus he stayed late to finish so as not to draw it out to a two-day job which I appreciated. I am very pleased with Tri County Sprinkler and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Installation went great! They installed a very efficient system with minimal runoff. Adam was never late for an appointment. The whole process was very professional and I would recommend their service to anyone.

The issues were resolved and the new equipment installed is very user-friendly. Our calls were responded to on a very timely basis. Technician was very punctual, respectful, and good at explaining the new system to me. He was also very amenable to configuring the system to my needs. We were able to apply the 10% OFF Coupon they offered on Angie's List. We've used this provider for over 15 years and they continue to offer excellent service and follow through at a very competitive price! We will never use another provider for our irrigation needs.

Repaired PVC pipe leak and replaced 2-sprinklers head in backyard. Capped off one sprinkler head as redundant. Repaired line break in front yard (PVC pipe). Replaced 2-sprinkler heads in front and side yard. Checked and adjust 5-zone system for proper water pressure and coverage in yard.

My sprinkler system was not working and I called Tri City Sprinklers out as I had used them at my prior residence in S.A.. They set up my appointment and a week or so later Sam arrived on time. I explained to him the issues I was having and he determined the problem was the power supply on my sprinkler system. He had the part in his vehicle and installed it very quickly. Once he was done with installation, then went around the yard and located and realigned all of my sprinkler heads. He even found one under the corner of some sod that my neighbor had laid over the winter. Sam was patient with all my questions and very knowledgable. I even asked him for a reference for a landscaping company that he has worked with successfully. After talking to Sam about the project I want to do, he explained that the autumn might be a great time and he would be able to help me convert the front sprinklers to drip irrigation. He gave me the business card for the landscaper. I'm going to have Tri County out to check my backflow and ensure it is certified for the year. Thanks Sam and Tri-County Sprinklers!

The technician was extremely courteous and detailed. He was very patient in explaining how to correctly set up the sprinkler system controller and gave excellent advice on how to use the system more efficiently. I will definitely use Tri-County Sprinklers in the future.

I didn't had any problems. They were on time. They gave me an estimate; so everything worked out well and I think they probably did some work. Their price is competitive.

All work went great, the guys are very nice and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your happy with the work. They even came out about a month after installing the sprinkler system to adjust all the sprinkler heads after I had new sod put down in the front and back yard free of charge.

Everything went well. Very neat work. Cleaned up after job finished. Have made themselves available as needed. When new sod is on they will return to reprogram system.

They did an excellent job, they were very responsive, we were on a time bind and they really helped us with that and got the job done, worked us in with their schedule which helped us closure on a house so we were pleased with them.

Technician was very courteous and professional. Spent four hours working on the system and explained everything.

As always, Sam and his helper did a quick and outstanding job. A plumber wanted over $500 for the valve installation and I was not comfortable with anyone other than Tri County to do anything involving the sprinkler system. I was pleasantly surprised that Tri County installed valves of this nature and they did a great job. Sam set the proper pressure after mounting the valve in a control box that can be accessed from the surface if adjustments need to be made. He tested the entire sprinkler system afterwards to ensure that everything was working as it should. This is a company that I have used several times and I trust them implicitly. The office staff is helpful and friendly and the entire company is professional and efficient.

I made an appointment for approx. 5pm. The repairman arrived approximately 30 minutes late, but quickly apologized explained the delay having ran over on a previous job. He was very professional and thoroughly explained any questions I asked. He tested the system, inspected for leaks, and cleaned up the area. I would recommend and use this company again.
