Mark was absolutely outstanding--on time, professional, efficient! I had a leak in my sprinkler line that I tried to repair myself. After spending a day with it I decided to call a professional. He was in and out in an hour. I will personally ask for Mark next time I need sprinkler service. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again.

my appointment was at 1 pm. Mark called at about 12:35 saying he was on his way. He arrived at one and got right to work when I told him what I needed. He worked quickly and did a great job. Done by 1:45. The protective barrier he put over my sprinkler head looked like a concrete donut. I had never seen something like it before and it fit perfectly. He told me if I had any other problems with that head just to call and ask for him. I doubt if I will since that donut looked like it would do the job perfectly. My Angies list discount was 10%. I have used this company before and they were great that time as well. So it looks like I have my sprinkler company. No need to call anyone else. Oh and the lady that set up my appointment was very friendly and got me an appointment early the next week. I definitely would recommend this company.

This company did a wonderful job at the busiest time of year, short handed and on a challenging job. Tech was able to easily switch out sprinkler timer mechanism which homeowner provided. Master valve was not opening so tech had to search in flower bed. We had not been in this house long and previous owner had done landscaping which had covered valve access. Tech searched but was unable to locate before end of day. His helper did not make it to work that day so he was on his own. He returned next evening with a helper and was able to successfully find all the access points and make repair. Also checked and tweaked sprinkler heads. They went above and beyond to get our system operating during 100 degree Texas weather. Very courteous from the tech to the office personnel. Price was very reasonable.

Mark arrived on time (a real plus for us). My husband asked him to analyze the system and tell us what the approximate cost would be. We liked Mark's attention to detail and the way he explained the system and what repairs he would do. We are very conscious of how much water we use and are always under the average in our neighborhood and the city. Now we know the small things we can do to maintain the lawn & plants during times of restrictions. We also know that running the system for a very short period in the winter will help maintain the inner workings of the nozzles and pop-ups. Besides the physical repairs, Mark left us with an education on how to maintain our system.. We researched Angies List and went with Tri-County for the great reviews but also because they are bonded and insured. Our daughter is considering a system and we will definitely tell her of our experience!

I asked the scheduler to make sure the technician had enough time to work on the system when they came out on a Friday. The technician did not have enough time and had to leave before finishing. He said he got with his supervisor and would schedule time to come out the middle of the following week. I heard nothing, so I called on Thursday and the scheduler said she had to wait for the technician to come in to the office to discuss how much time was needed. I followed up for several days and she said she had still not been able to talk to the technician ( I wonder why the phone was not an option). She finally said she would schedule a time two weeks out, which was unacceptable, since we had already lost over a week trying to schedule something. I told her I would have to get somebody else since most of the yard is bare dirt from the pool construction and we needed the system done before re-sodding. She said she would talk to someone to see if they could come out qicker, but as of now (over a week later) I have still not heard from them. In the mean time, I got another company to do the work.

I pre-purchased a new controller and rain sensor and contracted Tri County for the install. So glad I did! Sam was great!! He said he'd be there at 3:00 (he showed up on time), stated it would take approx 1.5hrs (and it did), and told me he wouldn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed (and he didn't). From start to finsh, this company was very professional. Class act! THANK YOU!!!

Had used another sprinkler service company in the past and was not pleased with their service. Tri County had the highest A rating and good reviews so decided to give them a call. Spoke with Jennifer in the office and she set up a date and time that was convenient. On the day of the appointment, Jennifer called to say there had been an emergency call and the technician was running late - it could be two hours before he came to my home. Not a problem. When Mark, the technician, did arrive, he (1) apologized for the delay and (2) got to work checking out the area of the sprinkler system that was not working. He was not rushed at all. He found the problem, showed me what was causing the sprinkler not to work and fixed it. He then checked each individual section of the system to make sure everything was working properly. He adjusted the water spray to maximize the watering in an area that gets the west sun. He answered my questions, showed me where the drip irrigation was not working, fixed it and went back and checked each individual section to make sure everything was working properly. Mark was professional, thorough and friendly. Tri County is now on my call list if I need a good and reliable sprinkler system company. Mark will be my go-to technician. Thanks Tri County!

Adam and his staff were outstanding. I have asked for a better result. Every person I had contact with (7 people) was courteous and kept me informed (even when I was at work). I was still able to observe the work because they worked into the evening. I've never had a house with an irrigation system, and I'm stunned that it was this easy. I can't believe I waited so long. And, although the job put a dent in my checkbook, it was worth every penny.

Installed our sprinkler system in 2004. They gave the most comprehensive evaluation when we were interviewing different companies and the ONLY estimate we received in writing. Their estimate listed how many specific heads/ type and brand so we knew exactly what we would be getting. We have a large and unusual lot that required 9 zones. We have used them for our yearly tests and any needed maintenance ever since. I can't say enough about their friendliness and professionalism. THESE ARE THE GUYS YOU WANT!

I would highly recommend Tri-County Sprinklers Company to my family, friends, and co-workers. The owner of Tri-County knew I had a limit budget. The cost of the sprinkler system was in my price range and affordable. His price changed about $100 more than the previous quote I received in 2011. He performed the work on 3 March 2015. Tri-County price for front/back lawn sprinklers system were much lower than the previous 5 vendors I received a quote from this year. The workers were very professional, worked diligently on the project, and completed the job on the same day. Due to the cold and wet weather, I had to wait over 2 weeks for the city to conduct their inspection. I am a happy and satisfied customer. I am enjoying the sprinklers system. I will no longer spend 2-3 hours watering the front and back lawn with a water hose or small sprinkler equipment.

I contacted Tri County Sprinklers because my sprinkler system was not functioning at all. I attempted to correct the situation prior to calling but was unsuccessful. Upon calling them I was given troubleshooting advice over the phone and nothing worked. I was put on their schedule for a few days later. The technician was punctual and was very friendly. He was able to get the system up and running. While he was here he checked the entire system and replace 5-6 sprinkler heads. I had an entire box of sprinkler heads and he had no issue replacing the defective heads with mine to save money. Overall the experience was great. I would definitely have them come back if I ever need anymore work.

Tri-County was the 3rd irrigation company we have had out for the low water pressure problem. He was able to figure out a main valve was no good and affecting every other station. He had the valve and water pressure fixed in the first 3o minutes. He then systematically checked all 12 areas, adjusted heads, fixed broken pipes, and replaced about 5 heads. He also determined that our back flow valve was not working. He was very knowledgeable and worked quick. The only negative is that he almost forgot to tell me about the backflow valve, so I wouldn't have known we need to replace it. (he didn't fix it because he either didn't have one or ran out of time). All in all, I was extremely satisfied after he completed his work and I will hire the company again .

Great. Repeat customer. Based on experience with others I think tri county is reasonable and fast. With this many broken heads I was happy he finished in about an hour and a half. Two were broken at the pipe and needed extensive digging. They are efficient and fair in their prices.

He did an amazing job. Tim is the best. My yard is green all year round thanks to him. He shows up when I need him the most and his punctuality stands out to me. I can call him anytime so I won't use anyone else. They have great customer service.

Matt arrived on-time. He was very professional and courteous while listening to what I needed. He went right to work, made a few sprinkler adjustments and replaced one failed rotator. He appeared to work quickly and efficiently. I was disappointed only in that he could not locate a small troublesome leak though he identified several most likely areas due to tree roots. He recommended best course of action given the leak is rather slow, is to allow the system to run for a few days. If no obviously wet spots appear I will likely need leak detection services from such companies which specialize in locating underground leaks where no above ground sign can be seen.

It’s all good. They have top quality and good pricing. The staffs are fine and they are very prompt.

He was on time. He did a great job. We really liked him. I would tell a friend that he is very friendly and knowledgeable.

He replaced one sprinkler head. Also installed a 1 inch pressure regulator valve and set the water pressure at 75PS. Checked the water meters to make sure it was working back at the normal water rate I was use to of 6,000-7,000 gallons monthly. Tri-County Sprinklers responded quickly to my urgent request to help me resolve the water issue. Tr-County and Auger Pluymber worked closely to resolve this problem. I have used TRI-City in the past and recommended them to many people.

Field people were excellent, all work was done quickly, professionally and for the price quoted. Office personnel I would rate as a C at best. Communication with us was a problem and we had to call them more than once for details and scheduling. Unfortunate since their field people are so great.
