Description of Work: Repaired leak in PVC piping near valve and system back flow. Arrived punctually and spent 1 hour digging and repairing/re-routing PVC pipe displaced by tree roots over time.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 sprinkler heads and made sure they were covering lawn. Also patiently showed me how to adjust or set system.

Tri-County installed my system 8 years ago and I have been very happy with the whole system - only one problem (leaking connection) about three years ago which was fixed promptly under warranty (5-year).

Description of Work: Repaired 3 sections (actually four, because they found another) that were indicating a fault on our system. It was more difficult because almost all the valves had been covered up in plastic tarp as well as soil and mulch, and so had to be found manually. Michael was very patient, diligent, and pursued and fixed. Very helpful in explaining the issues he and I had to cover to complete it. He's a good man.

Description of Work: Tri County repaired controller and installed two extensions. They were here at least an hour and did a great job.

Description of Work: They added a third zone to my sprinkler system to accommodate a foundation drip line. All went well and for the most part cleaned up well.

Description of Work: Service call for sprinkler system continuing to run on two stations after being turned off. Assumed it was solenoid valves but technician determined the timer was defective. Replaced timer and checked the system and adjusted the heads. The technician, Matt, was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.

Description of Work: I like this company and their work and their prices. I marked them down on professionalism for two reasons: (1) they left some tools in my yard which I found (thankfully) before I hit them with a mower; and (2) for some reason, my billing wasn't received until MONTHS later. As to the second item, I needed a bill from them in order to request an adjustment to my water bill. Their billing person was "out" so they quickly fixed up a draft invoice for me to send to SAWS, but promised to send a full invoice later. It did not come until January of 2014 with a "Late Payment" notice stamped on the front!

Description of Work: Install underground irrigation system for law and drip irrigation in flower beds. Work was completed in one day and Randy will return to give us instructions. A greenhouse impeded their entry into back yard but they gladly shifted everything to accommodate their machinery. Work crew was polite and left the yard looking nearly Undisturbed. So far, so good! Looking forward to seeing how efficient system is.

Description of Work: Updated our sprinkler system for better water conservation and added drip irrigation. It is great and has saved $ and blessed us with SAWS rebates!

Description of Work: The last contact was to have them repair a crack in a pipe they installed 2 and a half years ago. They did so promptly, courteously, professionally, and effectively- at no charge since they have a 5 year warranty.

Description of Work: The original builder put in a one size fits all system. They would come out but could not fix it. Tri county came in and assessed the problem. They moved heads so they would not overlap. They did a great job.
