Description of Work: Did not meet expectations. Upon researching this company they initially seemed like the way to go. They responded to the request for an estimate, visited our home and reviewed the current system setup and improvements needed. When the estimate arrived it was lacking the requested items to make a decision to move forward. We requested an estimate that included: an irrigation system layout drawing/design, and itemized quote which includes: the brand name, model, quantity, unit cost, labor cost and planned start and finish dates. The original appointment occurred at the beginning of June and I’ve followed up with them at least 3 times to give them an opportunity to provide a response. It seems reasonable and fair to agree on the work and know what you’re paying for. A general quote with a vague description and an estimate will lead to unclear outcomes and potential conflict. It’s disappointing that a company would not provide the details needed for a customer to make a decision and leads me to believe their is room for error or being charged for more than it takes to deliver the results asked for.

Description of Work: Repaired a sprinkler hose that had burst. He used the same parts. He also evaluated our sprinkler system and made recommendations for changes to our current system. He gave us an verbal estimate for the cost and said the front office would follow up with the actual cost. Front office never contacted us but that was ok because we decided that we didn't want to make the changes at this time.

Description of Work: I called them on 11/19 for a repair, and Mark was here by 3pm the next day. By 4:15pm the problem was fixed. Awesome work, very reasonable, and clear in explaining what the problem was. He was running just a few minutes late, so they called in advance to warn me.

+ -1 moreAn excellent experience in every way. Mike Robinson came over one hour later than scheduled. Why? His work partner, Nathan, was bitten by a coral snake at the previous customer's house and was rushed to the hospital for anti-venom (he'll be OK). So, Mike skipped his lunch hour to come over as soon as possible. Amazing. Of note, before Mike arrived, the "office" called me to tell me Mike would be late and why. He replaced 17 pop-ups, risers and nozzles, realigned others, and unclogged several heads. He made sure the system was in excellent shape and sprayed the lawn, not the street. I found Tri-County through Angie's List, which Mike had never heard of. So, I showed him his report, which pleased him. He is thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I highly recommend Tri-County sprinklers! They're small, but thoroughly customer friendly and responsive.

+ -1 moreMIKE ROBINSON THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE GOT RIGHT TO WORK ON THE FINDING THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRING IT. WHILE HE WAS THERE HE DID CHECK ALL OF THE OTHER STATIONS TO ENSURE THEY WERE WORKING PROPERLY.
Description of Work: I HAD A STATION ON MY SPRINKLER SYSTEM WHICH WAS NOT COMING ON. THEY CAME OUT, FOUND THE STATION WHICH WAS NOT WORKING, DUG IT UP AND REPLACED THE VALVE.
