Fine - no problems except that some heads would not retract. I requested that he lubricate them. He stated that they only replace and that if I applied WD40 it might resolve the situation.

They started when they said they would. They were prompt and on time. The work was done quickly and professionally. I thought that we had a problem and they responded quickly, and as it turned out the home owner jumped the gun, the system was working correctly, but they rechecked everything to be sure. I will not hesitate to recommend them. This is a quality company. They treated our house as if it was their own. We are very satisfied with Tri County Sprinklers.

They also found a leak we didn't know was there and came up with a solution to re-route the water lines away from the tree. Tri County showed up when they said they would, went to work right away and completed the job before the end of the day. They did a good job of replacing turf where they had to dig to lay new irrigation pipe. In all, they ran close to 200 feet of pipe. They also repaired and re-directed several sprinkler heads in m existing system.

I called Tri-County along with one other company that had done a job in our neighborhood to get an estimate on a new sprinkler system. Adam, the owner, came out later that day to look things over. My lawn has lots of curves and bends so it was not going to be as simple as most yards. Adam took his time checking it out and explained in detail what he thought would work for me, from the type of sprinkler heads that would work best for my application to how they would integrate all of my drip irrigation beds into the system. I already had 6 of those which I put in is myself set up and running on individual timers. Although they were $1000 more than the other bid I was so impressed with how Adam took the time to thoroughly explain things to me that I decided to go with them. A couple of weeks later they had a crew of 7 guys out and to my surprise got it all done in one day. They were all super professional, including Anthony, the supervisor who came by a couple of times to check on their progress and to answer any questions I had. Once they finished and the city did the inspection a few days later Anthony came back to do a walk-through and to explain al of the workings of the control panel. There were a couple of places that needed minor adjustments and he took care of that. It all looks great and works great. One of the reasons I decided they were worth the extra money was their 5 year guarantee. Both Adam and Anthony stressed to me that if I have any problems for 5 years, whether it be a broken head, a dry spot or just something out of adjustment to call and they will come take care of it. Shelly, who works at the office, was equally impressive with her knowledge of the business when I talked to her several times. Twi-County Sprinklers is the picture of what good customer service looks like.

The workers were punctual and professional. They worked efficiently and found the cuts in the sprinkler line. They had the problem diagnosed and repaired in about an hour and a half. Their charge included parts and labor.

Well they knew what they needed to do and they did and they showed me because I was completely ignorant about how to set or anything and he even told me that I could call him up and stand outside with my cellphone and he walk me through programming it again.

Great. They found the leak -- it was in the main water line from the meter to my house and not in the sprinkler system. But they fixed it anyway. I was looking at a three-day wait for a regular plumber. Thanks.

Sam did a great job working on my sprinkler system. He found the problems and fixed them. He installed 2 new valves and a back flow preventer. He did a great job of explaining everything to me so I now know which valve is for what. He stayed with the original estimate. He also did a great job of cleaning everything up. They also took care of getting the city permits.

Well. The company was on time and were able to inspect the entire sprinkler system and recommend minor repairs to improve the performance of the system. We have been using the system since then with no issues. We will hire them again, if needed.

They quickly determined that the issue was due to a wiring problem. They traced the wiring, but after a short while determined it would be less expensive use a product call Add a Zone instead of rerunning and burying the line. Was very pleased with their work and pleased with the solution.

Tri County Sprinklers was very responsive. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and even identified a problem with the main water valve coming into my home. My sprinkler system works better than it ever did (much better than when it was newly-installed by my builder.)

Had 3 bids for a sprinkler system and I chose Tri County because of all the positive reviews and their bid was the lowest. Adam, the owner, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and so did Shelly, the receptionist. Work was done in a day. Afterwards, Adam walked me through the controls and made sure the yard is getting 100% coverage. Highly recommended.

Very smooth, I didn't even have to be here. The work was scheduled and completed as promised, the job was professionally done. I would recommend them and actually plan to use them again myself to troubleshoot some zones that aren't working.
