He works quick, hard, efficiently and diligently. We would recommend Nathan out of this company. Compared to other people we've used he's really reasonable. He did a great job. The price listed is per hour. We will only use him.

I think the price was more than others in the area, but the quality was well worth it. We based it on previous customers on the list. We initially had communication problems in the office. When I talked to the owner he took care of the problem. He installed a drip line for our flower pots on the front porch. He realized my frustration and installed that for free.

Called and made an appointment to trace a system leak and fix bad sprinkler heads. The service call was on time and was completed very efficiently and effectively. I would definitely use them again.

Very professional and fast service. I expected to simply receive an estimate, but the gentleman (Larry) rapidly performed the repairs and answered all questions. He also made suggestions on landscaping in order to improve drainage. We were extremely pleased and will recommend this company to all our neighbors.

We contacted them and they came out three weeks later to service our sprinkler system. This was when they scheduled the service call. The service men spent half the day inspecting and replacing as needed. We had called them again when we needed some emergency repair, a pipe had busted. They gave a recommendation that was not so good. I would recommend this company, but not for emergency service.

Because of the time of the year and the drought conditions, they were very busy, but made an appointment. They confirmed the appointment and were on time. The repair man, Sam was on time and immediately went to work and efficiently and methodically checked the system, repaired it and adjusted it. When he had completed the work he let me know what he had done and which sprinkler nozzles he had replaced and why. He was very professional. The price included parts and labor. Their labor charge is $78 / hour.

Ordinarily this job would have taken one day to complete but since the city of Schertz requires inspections on the depth of the sprinkler lines and equipment used, it took three. Schertz requires a 24 inch depth which means much more excavation than normal. Most municipalities don't require sprinkler systems to be that deep, or inspections, but Schertz does. To me, that was a leading cause as to why none of the other seven companies I called for estimates bothered to call me back--it costs them more to do jobs in Schertz. After subscribing to Angie's List I called Tri-County Sprinklers because they were highly rated. Ironically, that same day, and without knowing I had called, Mike Robinson from Tri-County put his business card on my front door. I can't explain that one. I invited Mike out and he proved to be very detail oriented--he gave me every indication that they would do as good a job as any company in the business. And although the price was higher than I expected for just my front yard (because of the Schertz code requirements) I was completely confident that I would get a great product and great service. And I was right. Although they turned my yard into what appeared to be a bomb site (because of the extra excavation), they made it look phenomenal after it was done. These guys are good. Mike's been out a couple of times to adjust my system and with their 5-year bumper to bumper warranty, Tri-County Sprinklers is worth the extra $$. The owner, Andy, actually came out to check on the job and made some on-the-spot adjustments. He's been doing this a long time and knows the business inside and out, as does Mike. And Annette, the office manager, has the friendliest voice you ever heard. I would highly recommend this company.

Sam was the service man. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He found our primary leak and located an additional leak (caused by the first company which tried to fix the leak) both of which he repaired on the spot. He spent the time he needed to do a good job. He showed the me the problems as he discovered them. He made corrections not only to the leak caused by the first company, but also other problems. I am especially thankful because the other price-gouging and unprofessional company which came first to fix the leak, "repaired" the the leak where there was not a leak and left the existing leak running. They also failed to reset the system or realign the sprinkler head when they thought they had fixed it. I found that the system still had a leak because they did not check it before they left! I'd use Tri-County Sprinklers any time and whole heartedly recommend them!

Everything works great now. The price was very reasonable which included a senior citizen discount.

Nathan is very courteous, professional and punctual. He is the type of person that you don't mind having work in your home. He found the problem quickly, knew how to fix it and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Nathan is pleasant and answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. From now on I will use Tri-County for my lawn irrigation needs.

We chose them over the other two bids because of their product and their professionalism. They installed the sprinkler system in two days. They came back within the month to check the system and see if all heads were functioning properly. I had it installed in 2005. In 2006, a seal had broken and they came out to fix it quickly. They guarantee their work for three years which includes yearly check-ups.

I got a call the day of the service and was told Nathan had finished his previous job early and could come to my house early if that was alright. Nathan arrived as expected and went straight to work. He checked the valve and found that someone had actually turned the valve off at the valve and it just needed to be turned back on. He repaired the broken pipe and replaced all the dirt so the grass could grow back. We looked at the rain sensor and determined it needed to be relocated high up on the eave of the house which was going to require "ugly" wiring to be run up the side of the house which I was not very excited about. Nathan offered another option. He had a wireless rain sensor that he could install. This part alone was $110 plus tax of the total bill. He installed the wireless sensor and then spent another 20 minutes straightening and adjusting all my sprinkler heads. He also reprogrammed the sprinkler controller.

He arrived as scheduled, quickly found the problem, fixed it, did an operational check on the remainder of the system and left. He was friendly, efficient and easy to work with.

The process went well. Started earlier than expected (on my approval, of course). Took 2 days of work and a morning to clean up.

Outstanding work. They showed up on time with 2 personnel. They worked efficiently and performed several tests and repaired/replaced faulty parts as needed. I would recommend this firm and I would definitely use them again, should a problem arise.

The company representative, Sam arrived promptly during the 30 minute window I was given and proceeded to work. He had to cut and replace some of the PVC line. He then replaced the broken sprinkler heads and checked out the entire system. He also explained how to keep some of the sprinkler heads from sticking and answered all questions. He completed the job in less than an hour. Our system which is 12 years old works like new!

Nathan arrived on time and went right to work. The repair was fairly simple, but he handled it quickly and kept me informed. He made a quick review of the whole sprinkler system following the repair and made a few other adjustments.

The men at Tri-County Sprinklers and Landscaping were very courteous. They gave me a quote and stood by the quote. They really did great work. I will definitely use them again.

He showed up right on time, and spent plenty of time trying to assess the problem. I liked that he really looked around to see specifically where the leak was coming from, because we thought it might be a broken pipe at first. I would definitely call this company again.

They were on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and on a systems test found an additional problem. Corrected both and did a full systems re-test. Explained what they were doing and did an excellent clean up on both sites.

I called Tri County and had my questions answered in detail. The representative then scheduled an appointment in 3 business days that fit my schedule (it could have been sooner). Mike Robinson came out as scheduled and did a detailed assessment and explained in detail the work as well as cost. The installation went smoothly and in what I thought very quickly, about 6 hours. The work crew cleaned up quite well. They had to leave all the trenches and valve opening up covered for city inspection. The company arranged the inspection, the inspector came promptly the next day. The following day a crew member came over and filled in all the trenches and holes, cleaned up, gave me detailed instructions on how to use system and recommendations on watering schedules. He then tested the system and adjusted valves. I had a problem with one of the zones, didn't turn on, called and they promptly sent someone out, he replaced faulty clock in unit and retested, works great and has a 3 year warranty.

They came out and fixed my old system and put in a new system in the house I am moving to. I highly recommend Mike Robinson, and Nathan both seem to be very knowledgeable.

Called on a Friday to schedule sprinkler system check. Was given an appointment for 10AM the following Monday. That Monday at 11AM I called to see when they were coming. They didn't have me on their schedule. They said they'd try to make it later. Never heard from them again. That was about two weeks ago.
