Techncian was eary and went right to work. Didn't stop until the job was completed - explained what he found and all questions that I had.

They actually gave me a couple parts for free. They were professional and explained everything to me in detail. They showed me in the yard before they fixed anything.

The experience we have had with this company, from the office staff and the work crew, has been great and we would highly recommend them to family and friends.

We had an old sprinkler system that we hadn't used for 10 years. We called a few companies for estimates on repairing vs. new installation and new installation was a better value for us. Mike came over and gave us a very detailed estimate. We decided to use Tri-County. A date for the next week was scheduled but MIke called and said they had a cancellation and they actually came the next day. The guys came early and worked late. Everyone was professional. We did have an issue with the inspection of the new backflow device. It should have been done on a Thursday, but it wasn't done until Monday so we were left with a gaping hole in our front lawn. I don't think this was Tri-County's fault, though. One inspector went on vacation, something happened with his substitue, etc. Anyway, we had timed a several-step process down to the day. The sprinkler system was supposed to have been done by Friday so we had grass delivered on Monday and just worked around the hole. When Mike and the crew arrived (after the inspector finally came), they helped arrange the grass around the areas that should have been done already. We appreciated this. Overall, a good experience and we would recommend them.

Mike initially came out and we discussed the project. I thought the bid was ok and the 5-year warranty a plus. Probably could have had the work done cheaper but probably not with same quality of components nor as long a warranty. The work crews came out twice and each time they were quick, courteous, and conducted themselves in a professional manner. The site was cleaned as best as possible given the type of work and the wet ground conditions, no faults to Tri-County. I recommend they be given a chance to bid on potential projects.

There were fine. I was very happy with them. The man that came out was very nice. He explained everything to me. I asked if could plug some sprinkler heads under deck. He had no problems with this. He was very cooperative and the prices were reasonable.

Their price was right. They were neat and did a great job. They made sure I get a good coverage.

It was an excellent company and they understood my needs well. They were very responsive and were very expensive. I would use them again in future.

Great. On time, friendly, went right to work and knew their stuff. I had the reciept from another company who did work on the system 3 moths before..... as part of the sale of the house......this company did more and was less expensive. Also they taught me lots about my system! They were great! Very happy!

Service person (Vino) was at my house less than one hour from my initial call. The service was very professional. Service person was willing to listen and do what was needed to improve the sprinkler system. Being quoted a price per hour was not a concern - Vino worked very fast and did the job very well. My last sprinkler person (who actually has an A rating in Angies List) missed quite a few things, including a major leak. I found this company to be superior in every way. Highly recommend this service.

The serviceman arrived the same day I called. The entire service took about one hour.

They were wonderful. After they put the sprinklers I got the home developers who spoilt the sprinkler system. They wanted to put some cheap sprinklers as compensation. I was worried about the cost of the repair and called Tri country. They took up the issues on my behalf and got the compensation from the home developers. They were very supportive. They did things, which they probably did not have to do. They have given excellent warranty for 5 years, which other sprinklers don?t. When I got a wall put in, they raised the sprinklers for free. They were very helpful and also showed my husband how to use the sprinklers. They come with in 24 hours of calling them. They staff is very nice. Most of the people here speak Spanish and we don?t know to speak Spanish. This was not a problem with them as they had English-speaking people with them. They are a little bit costlier than other, but they use all top equipments. The warranty is 4 years moir? than others. They cover us even if we damage one of them by mistake. The money we pay them is worth it.

Showed up on time, was very informative about what was wrong and gave great advice. Work done very well and instructions given clearly on operation.

What a refreshing change from other sprinkler repair companies we have used! We've used several in the past, with mixed results, but Tri-County Sprinklers is the first one that we would give an unqualified thumbs up! Maybe it's the technician, Sam, that makes the difference, but we have to give the office staff kudos as well, because we've have nothing but excellent service from beginning to finish. It's a shame that the Angie's List member that used Tri-County on 10/6/08 had such a bad experience, but we can assure other members that that is the exception with this company, not the rule. And we hope that the dissatisfied member will give us the rest of the story if/when the company makes good on this particular experience. This company is wonderful & highly deserving of the Angie's List awards it has garnered!

I have had problems with my sprinklers. The heads pop off, the section valves leak and the spray patterns went everywhere, but where they should. I had Sprinkler Company's come by and work on the problems. Within a month they were back to fix what they had worked on. This has happened for at least 5 years. I was fed up with them & sprinklers. I choose Tri-County Sprinklers from your online list because they were #1 with the best reports. Well I made a mistake. Tri-County Sprinklers came on 8/13/08 and did $613 of work and were suppose to go over the whole system. At the end of Sept. my front yard had a large puddle in the middle of the lawn. Guess what the section valve was loose and water was running at the valve. The valves that were checked on 8/13/08. I tightened the valve. I called Tri-County Sprinklers. I thought an expert should look at the valve. They came out and I told them about the valve. When they fixed the valve check and the rest of the sprinklers. They charged me $88 for this visit. The next morning I turned on the sprinklers. Guess what another head about 5 feet from the valve popped off, another fountain. After fixing the head. I called Tri-County Sprinklers again. The reply I got was what I have been getting for years. " I ll pass it on to the Supervisor". I have not heard from the supervisor as of today. The one thing they did right was to put the right heads for the different locations.

I had seen the prices they charged from previous Angie's List customers and didn't even ask for a quote. I just wanted it done right. They far exceeded my expectations without a bunch of jabber. Sam just got with the program and did an excellent job. I'd highly recommend him. The people on the phone were also very courteous and responsive. One other great thing Sam did for me. With 26 stations, it took all day and into the morning to run the full system. He split my watering system into two different days -- 1.) For Beds and Plants and 2.) For Sod. Now the system gets done much sooner in the evening. Just smart value-added service!

Early Saturday morning on Labor Day weekend discovered half the yard was flooded around the home we recently moved into. Called six irrigation service companies on Angie's List, but none were open, understandably, given the long weekend. Only Tri County had an emergency number. Sam, the representative on call, was invaluable in helping me figure out how to turn off the irrigation and water main valves. Even after providing directions, he'd wait for me to call back to see if things worked or not. He was incredibly patient and conscientious. I couldn't be more impressed by them and will definitely use them for any future irrigation needs. Thank you so much!

They haven't come out yet, but scheduling hasn't been a problem. But they have been good at communicating so far. Price is standard.

The first two guys to come out found the valves and replaced two of them, but this didn't fix the problem. Later that day a senior guy came out and said I needed a new water meter. They called it in to SAWS, who eventually fixed it. All this is good but I was surprised by the $240 bill considering that the work performed did not fix the problem. I complained and the bill was adjusted to the price of a service call. I was very happy with this.

It went well. It took about an hour and a half. My sprinkler system works much better now and I no longer waste any water.

Nathan and Josh came when they said they would and did what they said they would. They spent 60-90 minutes on our small residential property. When they left all our trouble spots had been corrected and we got some advice about what else could be done with the system. This is a good crew. They seem to know instinctively that a homeowner wants good communication as well as good work. I gave Tri-County a B on price only because the prices here on Angie's List seem 25% lower than what I paid.

Not bad, but not perfect. At the initial visit the technician did a fine job of diagnosing and fixing most of the problems. However, he replaced the in-ground heads in our front shrubbery with above-ground heads, which we didn't want. Additionally, in fixing the cracked pipe (which he did fix), he had to dig up and replant the nearest shrub. The only problem with these issues is we only found out after-the-fact, when we first saw the above-ground sprinkler heads, and later the previously uprooted shrub died. We ended up calling them back to replace the above-ground heads with in-ground heads, and they instead came and replaced the above-ground heads with a different above ground head. Sigh. On the plus side, however, the cracked pipe was fixed, the other non-working heads were replaced, and the system on the whole has been working very satisfactorily. So, although there were some issues in how they went about fixing the problems, and I still have to change the sprinkler heads in the shrubbery, the system overall has been working very well.
