As far as responsive is concerned, they got here very quickly and on time. They were very punctual. They were really good. The prices were actually very competitive when compared to other competitors.

They had a full crew and installed it in just a few days. He gave good instructions on how to set the timers and such. Has been back twice to adjust the heads and make sure it is still performing at 100%. Super job overall.

I will think they did a great job

. Sprinkler system was fine, the leak in our yeard was from another water line unrelated to the irrigation system. They fixed it anyway, which meant I didn't have to call in a plumber to fix the problem. Then the technician serviced the irrigation system, and found several problems that needed correcting. He also diagnosed a water pressure problem to the house that my previous irrigation system service and al previous plumbers didn't identify.. I have used them twice, each time with a different technician, at the two houses I own and each time they have been prompt, professional and fantastic.

They were prompt, fast and responsive. They were able to see me right away. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

It was great. The workers were fantastic. They came out and did an estimate and then came back and completed everything in one day. Everything has been holding up fine. I would definitely recommend them to others. The price was very reasonable.

Overall, it was a successful project.

Our first problem was that the control box wasn't functioning so they sold us a new one and installed it. Once the control box was working, they began turning on each of the zones. We just bought this house and the person who owned it before us had large dogs that liked to bite the sprinkler heads. Many of them had been capped off both above and below the ground. The technicians spent about 3 hours at our house and had most of the 10 zones working so that we could use the system before they were able to reschedule another appointment at a later time. They also honored a discount that was being offered to Angie's List customers. The only discrepancy was that they first charged us for an additional hour of labor. Once my husband called them about this, they adjusted our bill and everything was great! I would definitely recommend this company based on our experiences with them.

Great experience overall. But it did take over a week to get an appointment but worth the wait.

For the very beginning, the owner (Adam Lanier) came out and gave me an estimate that was very competitive compared with a couple that I have already received. Adam was very informative, receptive, and understanding of all of my concerns. He didn't leave until I ran out of questions to ask, and this was just the free estimate. Once I decided to go with Tri-County, Adam came out again to get an exact head count and layout of the system, where the controller box would go, etc. On installation day...he again showed up with a crew of about 4-5 guys, one of which was a supervisor for the crew, so Adam was basically there to tell him the design and work order. They digging and trenching went very fast...these guys have done this before! And about 2-3 hrs later, the entire system was installed...waiting on an inspection for backflow. After that, the system was made operational, fine tuned the spay patterns, programming the zones, etc. All went extremely smooth, and I was very reassured with my investment. There were some minor issues in the following weeks regarding a couple of the heads, and I also decided to add a few more trees to the bubbler zone, another head here or there....and again....they were quick, showed up on time, and did the work. We are very happy with the system...the warranty is second to none, and they support it no question asked. They did not charge me a penny until the system was completely installed and operating to my satisfaction. They will treat you like I wish every contractor treated you....with respect and as if they really want your business. I highly recommed Tri-County!!

I called Tri County Sprinklers on a Wednesday hoping that they'd be able to come the same week since I was home recovering from an injury. The didn't currently have technicians to work on Saturdays. They were able to squeeze me in the following Friday. The technician called to say he was running early and would it be ok to come earlier, I said Sure! He asked a couple of questions and checked the timer control box first. I explained that my brother had replaced the two non functioning valves with parts from the local hardware store. After checking the valves he found that the wiring was not correct on one valve an the protective caps had fallen off. He rewired it and added new waterproof caps. He found the top section of the second valve to be off center which was impeding water flow. He was able to straighten it without having to remove the entire thing. After this the system is now fully functional. All of this took about 45 minutes.

Great. Work was done quickly and correctly

Mike gave us an estimate and explained what would be done, the different zones, one for the flower beds and drip lines for the area by the curb. We also asked if they could put in a water pressure reducing valve and he said they could. The work was performed within a week of the estimate. The crew of workers went right to work and stayed with it until it was complete. They worked hard and did a good job. Several parts needed to stay open for city inspection which was a couple of days later. After the inspection the job was completely finished and checked to see that the sprinkler system worked properly. Mike explained how to use the Rain Bird controller. Mike said we would receive an as-built plan to show how everything was layed out, but we have not received it yet. I even called the office about it. They left the yard neat and picked up. We were pleased. We had compliments from a couple of neighbors and a plumber that came to the house. They said you could hardly tell that the yard had been dug up. The sprinkler system works well. A couple of weeks after the instalation I did find what I thought was a broken cover on a zone, called into the office and Mike was out to check on it within a week. It ended out not having anything to do with the sprinkler system, but he provided and fitted a new cover for a water turn off for the house, which was generous of him. But I'm still hoping to receive the as-built plan from Mike. He said he has completed it, but has not yet sent it. This is the reason for the B for responsiveness and professionalism. We would have the company provide service again. But it still would be nice to receive the as-built plan.

They arrived on time. Worked hard all day. My yard is not easy to dig but they finished in one day. Any difficulties they might have had they took care of without any need to involve me. I would recommend them to anyone.

They weren?t able to get a specialized way because they were pretty busy. They still sent out their best guys. They worked hard and fast. They got the work done in a short period of time. Few things were left to be done and they came next week and finished that. They did a great job. I would use them in the future.

The overall process went well. The only issue was that of unreturned phone calls, and therefore not know when the job would be completed.

Adam Laneir was my point of contact. He met with me at the house before hand, took measurements and discussed future plans for the yard that might impact a sprinkler system such as sheds, patios or landscaping changes. Adam provided a free estimate explaining his recommendations for the system, the type of equipment to be used, local code requriements and the work that would be done. He took into accout my future plans for the yard and designed the system so that future modifcations would be minimal. I recieved 4 estimate for the work. Tri-Couty was the lowest estimate. They were also one of the more knowlegable and professional companies I dealt with while obtaining estimates. Adam answered all of my questions. Once I selected Tri-County, they contacted me within two days to schedule the work. When I asked to see the layout before the work began, Adam came out to the house and staked out the proposed system so I could verify everything was acceptable. There was a small miscommunication regarding when they would begin work ( I was anticipating work to begin first thing that morning, but crew were not able to begin until noon). However, I was able to reach Adam and resolve the situation. The workers were very quick, polite and conscientious. They were in and out in 3-4 hours. The installation requried minimal surface disruption. They restored everything to preconstruction conditions and even went over and above by filling in a couple of holes my dog had dug in the yard. After the City inspeciton was complete, Adam returned to perform a final walk through with me to ensure that the system was working as intended and providing the appropriate coverage. He made a few tweeks and adjustments to head settings, reviewed the control panel with me and provided general informaion regarding system maintenance. Payment was not due until after the final walk through of the system and verification that everything was installed correctly. I happily wrote the check. The process of having a sprinkler system installed was much less expensive and instrusive than I was expecting. Based on this experience I would use Tri-County again and recommend them to a friend.

Tri County is absolutely awesome! They came out and gave a good price for a sprinkler system. After selecting them for the job, they got out here within a week and installed it. Not only that, but they were really good with explaining how everything works. I would highly recommend Tri County for your sprinkler system install. You'll be extremely happy with the decision.

The work was performed promptly and professionally. Our system has not operated this well for a number of years (even when all stations were functioning).

I have used them on and off. I have used them two or three times. They were very good. They did a very good job. They were here when they said they would be here. The price was what it should have been. They were responsive, punctual and professional.

I have a large yard and called Tri-County for an estimate after seeing the great reviews and awards on Angie's list. They were very responsive and scheduled a time that worked for me in the next couple of days. The owner came out and was actually 15 minutes early. He asked my expectations and goals for the sprinkler system, asked if I anticipated any upcoming landscaping changes that would affect the system, and got to work with an estimate. He provided good information pamphlets regarding the quality of the products used. He showed me his license, and discussed getting all the appropriate permits and inspections required by the city. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and NOT pushy at all. The price for the front and back yards (large for a residential lot) with top of the line equipment, permits, control panel and everything was $3078, including the 10% military discount. I think it was this low because it was slow time of year (december, plus I agreed to pay cash). ** One of the primary reasons I went with him over the other estimate I got was the warranty. There is a 5 YEAR warranty on parts and labor and coverage. Anything in 5 years is FREE and guaranteed. Other Angies' Listers have verified this. I love the idea of worry free followup. Also, the installers are actually EMPLOYEES of TriCounty, not subcontractors. The installation went great. The guys were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They finished in 2 days like they said they would. It took the city a couple of days to come and verify the code compliance stuff, but I was told ahead of time that this would be the case. Once this was done, Tricounty came and filled in the last couple of holes, and provided a demo of the system and showed me some pointers on the controls. Bottom line is this: absolutely satisfied in all regards with this company. Angie's List was worth the service fee just for leading me to them. You will not be disappointed.
