Came to assess performance of a sprinkler zone that had lost the pressure, Sam identified that the valve needed to be replaced and I asked him to provide a quote on moving 3 sprinkler heads and capping 1. He said he had time to do all the work on the spot. It is amazing how easy things can be for someone that is a professional in the service provided.

Sam was very professional and most of all early!! He came out 3 times to fix our front and back sprinklers. We had one section that was not working, an area not working, and had to saw off a tree root because an area was bubbling. He also did an overall maintenance on the system to make sure everything was working efficiently. I will be using Tri County Sprinklers again if I have any problems.

I was very satisfied with the service. I had another service come out and they couldn't fix it because they couldn't find the the zone box, so tried Tri-County. Good decision. Scheduled the visit within a week of calling their office. Sam showed up early and went to work. It took him a little while but he found the zone box and made the repair. He went ahead and located all the zone boxes for me so won't have to go through this again. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I was told what to expect to pay per hour before they showed up, and Sam earned it. I recommend them and plan on having them do a system check this spring for me.

Sam was very professional, very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. The whole process went well. We would certainly call them again for any future needs regarding our sprinkler system. We could not have asked for a speedier response to our problem.

Overall, things went well. By the time was all said and done it required two visits, which were 27 days apart. It took the second visit to address the situation with one zone that was operating poorly because tech understandably didn't have the required parts on his first visit. That zone now operates better, but still lacks sufficient pressure to be entirely as effective as it could be. Because of the heat (and NO rain) I like to keep my front grass high so it doesn't completely burn out. However, some heads needed to be raised to be more effective. Certainly, Tri-County isn't the least expensive company, but I felt the quality of the work was very good .... and, I'm particular so not the easiest, admittedly, to please. I really didn't intend to spend as much as they charged, but I would rather spend a bit more and experience quality work than go cheap and have the final results less than satisfactory! I still have one problem that I called to the tech's attention in the middle of my front yard that should have been fixed, but wasn't. I don't know if he ran out of time or just forgot (I think it was probably the latter). For 5 hours of labor, I felt it should have been handled. Generally, I'm pleased, but my original install 8 years ago, was less than $3,000 so comparatively, I thought this was a bit expensive. We work hard for our money too!! We live in an upscale neighborhood, so it's not unusual for contractors to see where you live and charge more because they figure you can pay it. Most of the invoice was for labor and I really have zero complaints about parts or materials. We understand that when hiring folks on an hourly basis, it's difficult to specifically determine how long a job will take depending on what they run into along the way. Like I said, we're pleased with the results (except for the head in the middle of the front yard) .... and, it was evident that the tech had many years of experience ... we were happy with that too! Yes, we would use them again .... we really had a number of things that required attention and we're thankful their performance met our expectations

Tri County Sprinkler Service was courtious, professional and answered my question. I had a problems setting my system and they came to my house the same day to help me.

Adam, from Tri County Sprinklers came to the house and provided a detailed estimate for a sprinkler system to be installed.He was professional and he arrived exactly when he said that he would. He surveyed my lawn area (it was just dirt at the time) and provided a detailed layout of what types of sprinklers would be used, why they were recommended, and how they would work. He provided a detailed cost estimate and the company came in on budget. He was thorough and very professional. The installation team arrived on the date that we set to have the system installed and completed the installation exactly as they said would be done. The company set up the required inspection, had it completed, and arrived the next day after to inspection to close up the holes left for the inspector. They were professional and completed the job very quickly. Thank you Tri County for a job well done.

We had to wait a little longer than normal because of the weather. However, Adam and his crew were efficient and got the job done in between heavy rains in the area. Although still drizzling, his team member Mark checked all the heads and showed me how to use the system.

Never returned my call. I understand it is the busy season, but they should call back and say they can't help.

Sam arrived right on time. He got to work immediately and started finding issues quickly. He was able to fix one zone on the spot. He then painstakenly started looking on how to repair and broken electrical cable that would not let zone 6 work. He was very meticulous and was able to isolate the issue. He confirmed the beoken pipe that was the cause of a leak and the low pressure of zone 5. Sam was able to give me an estimate for all repairs and said I would get a call the following day to scheduel the repair. I received the phone call as promised and was scheduled for repair. The work was completed on the day that was promised and complete. All zones are working and are covering well.

My experience was great. They were able to fit me in, showed up right on time, and had my issue diagnosed & fixed in short order.

They are absolutely excellent. They are great to work with, on time, very clean, very nice, and very accurate in their estimates. They are a joy to work with. They quoted me $88 for the pressure regulator and I was quoted $250 by 3 or 4 other companies.

They took their time and paid attention making sure that everything was right for our yard. They were also punctual and set up early.

My sprinkler system required quite a bit more work than I had expected and described when booking the appointment. The tech, Mark, was really good about testing each component of the system as he fixed it to determine the impact on the rest of the system and fixing each component until it worked correct.y. I am very happy with the operation of my system now. They also did my backflow testing, which went smoothly.

All went well. Punctuality, professionalism and responsiveness were very good. I would use them again.

I drove home to meet the sprinkler guy. When I met him, he had already inspected the lines, and diagnosed the problem: I needed a new regulator. He needed to order the part, and we scheduled for an install of the part. I went home for lunch on the day of the install and sprinkler guy was a no show. It was raining outside so I imagine the weather was keeping him busier than usual, or perhaps keeping him grounded from appointments. I called dispatch and told them he was a no show. They told me they would let me know. I went home that night and the system was still not working. The next day, I came home from work and someone had obviously fixed the system: the water pressure is now spectacular, every sprinkler head works throughout the entire yard, front and back. I received a bill a few days' later, and paid it. End of story. Tri-county is obviously results oriented: whatever it takes to get the job done. Price was reasonable (I think). I will definitely use them again when I need help with my sprinkler system.

Can't say enough good things about this company. The bid was very competitive and the final cost was exactly as quoted. Though the job was somewhat complicated due to existing hardscape in our yard, they did an excellent job of working through every challenge to give us the system we were looking for. From the first phone call everyone was responsive to our needs and followed up promptly. The work crew was very organized, fast and polite. They always cleaned up everything before they left without having to be told. Adam came by a couple of times after installation to patiently go over the zone controls with me. Very happy customer and would gladly recommend Tr-County Sprinklers to friends and family.
