They installed a water sprinkler system and have had to come out 4 times already. Disappointed in their services up to this point.

The entire crew was very professional and great to deal with. Sam came out and spent over an hour walking my yard and helping design a system that would take care of my entire lawn and flower beds. They obtained the permits from the city and did the designs on the yard since there were no comprehensive plans in existence. The installation crew did the job in 1 day and they spent another hour teaching me the system and adjusting the heads. I found them on Angie's list and am very pleased with the results. I doubt i would have found them if not for others who used and commented on their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a sprinkler system.

My house was the third completed in my neighborhood. Highland Homes first used an irrigation company that they quickly dropped (approximately three or four houses later). Although my system worked well for a few years, it ultimately failed approximately six years ago, requiring me to manually operate the stations to water my yard. In addition, the spray (partially because the of landscaping installed, partially because of lack of sufficient watering heads, never quite got everywhere it needed to get. Because of the drought, my yard (zoyzia) was quickly dying. I made the decision to purchase an entirely new system. My wife went through the reviews on Angie's List and pointed out Tri-County Sprinklers has having stellar reviews and a lot of them. I contacted Tri-County and set an appointment for an estimator to come out to the house and estimate how much a new system would cost me. On the date and at the time agreed, Sam came out and surveyed my property. I explained to him what I wanted done. He made notes and answered my questions honestly and courteously. I asked him to give me a "high-ball" estimate. He estimated at between $6,500.00--$6,700.00. I furnished him with a copy of the annotated plat of my property (which he was VERY happy to receive) and said it would be very helpful in helping his boss accurately quote the job. A few days later, I was contacted and the price came in at $6,150.00. We set up a date for the work to begin. On the day the work began, the crew arrived at approximately 9:00 a.m. The next day, they arrived around 7:45 a.m. They worked consistently and efficiently. Because my lot is so large, the job took Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The water pressure regulator I had installed by another contractor approximately six years ago was bad, and Tri-County had to replace it. That brought the price up to $6350.00, which I thought was reasonable. When the work was finished, and after the city inspector passed the work, Sam came out and made final inspection and adjustments to the system. He also showed us how to work the controls. My system comes with a FIVE YEAR warrantee. In addition, when the warrantee runs out, we can purchase a service/maintenance plan with Tri- County each year. My wife and I are VERY HAPPY with Tri-County Sprinklers, and we HIGHLY recommend them. The process from beginning to end has been a pleasure. The employees are extremely polite and professional. The job they did was FANTASTIC! They are probably not the cheapest in the area, but let's face it, in the construction/contracting world, you really do get what you pay for. And, to be honest, I think we did get a good price, considering the amount of work they had to do.

Sal and his assistant were in and out in less than 2 hours. They quickly checked the system, found the problems needing to be fixed, fixed them, and were done. Will I use Tri-County again? You bet!

The technician, Sam, arrived early and was very courteous. He repaired and checked out the entire system in about two hours. He did a super job. Let me know what he did and showed me how to work the new controller. He was profeesioal, courteous and did an overall great job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

We called for an estimate and Adam (the owner) came out, sat down, explained everything and then walked the yard with us. He gave my husband all the info and was able to write up an estimate then and there...ON PAPER..with all the details..I.e. # of zones, etc. We only had 1/2 of the front done. Our house is 6 years old and when built, the home builder did not install a pvc sleeve under the driveway which is necessary to link the two front halves together. (unless you want to pay for separate systems and controllers). The price quoted would have been only 400$ more if the sleeve had been in place. However, it is another company that does the trenching for that (their charge is $600) and so we opted to wait for the second half til next year when my husband get up the courage to try to trench it himself. The crew was prompt, courteous, FAST, done in a day... and the yard looked good IMO after trenching and burying. By that I mean, the lines were straight, clean and the yard was not messy looking the way a lot of yards can look. The valve portion was left exposed for SAWS to inspect and after that was done, approx 3 days, Tri County came back and covered everything. Shelley in the office called to let me know updates, delays..(rain delay), and available for general questions. Very good service and professional. Will use again and recommend to all my friends

Sam did a great job for us! We recently added an in-ground pool to our yard and we needed advice on what to do and how to protect our existing sprinkler system. Sam provided us with that information and after the pool was installed he came back out. Everything was better than expected after having a whole zone of pipes dug up for the pool! He was able to find and fix a leak caused by the bobcat traffic of the construction crew. Our main system was protected by heavy plywood and so the majority of Sam's work was adjusting the existing sprinkler heads to accommodate the new landscape. There were a few more broken heads, and the need to relocate one. He reprogrammed our box and set up two zones out of one so there would be better pressure. He made sure all grass and landscape plants were getting the water in the cycle. Sam performs miracles with the sprinkler system we have. And that was alot of stress off of me! He was here 3 hours and worked every minute of those hours!

He was great! He knew what he was doing and was about business. He explained everything to us before the job.

Called Tri-County to schedule an appointment. "Shelly" could not have been nicer. She shared my concern about the 10 to 20 mph windgusts but assured me that they would come back if the water coverage is not what it should be. Sal",the tech and his helper were also very nice and seemed to have done a good job, from what I can tell so far. Sal even set my sprinkler system to where it needed to be for my watering day and times. Based on my ezperience, I would highly recommend Tri-County Sprinklers.

I was impressed with how easy it was to get a hold of someone and schedule an appointment. Perhaps this is a low bar, but I found it very difficult to get other, supposedly highly rated, repairmen to return my calls promptly (or at all!). I contacted Tri-County at the recommendation of a friend. The repairman showed up on time, got to the heart of the problem, and fixed it promptly. The labor charge makes me think I am in the wrong profession, but it was consistent with what I expected. Parts were not ridiculously marked up.

Not only did they fix it, but they rerouted our sprinkler so it would cover more area when we thought we needed another sprinkler. Shelly in the office is so fabulous. She will get you an estimate and answer any questions you have. Shelly got a repairman out 2 days after calling. They guy that came out did it really quick and charged half the price quoted. I can't say enough good things about them.

The only problem was the time it took them to schedule my appointment. After all I did have a leak. It took 2weeks to get an appointment I did look at it as a good sign that they were so busy. If it had been a really bad leak, I would have had to call someone else.

Before the installers came to my house the office staff worked very hard to keep me updated about weather related changes to my schedule. When the installers came they worked very hard and got my entire yard finished in about six hours. Before they were done they had cleaned up all of the yard and tested the entire system. I could not be happier.

When I called Tri-County Sprinklers, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist / scheduler who answered all my questions and scheduled me as soon as she could. Two days prior to the appointment I was informed that my time would be set an hour later and to call if there was a problem. Of course there wasn't a problem I just adjusted my schedule. Sam the technician performing the work arrived on time and conducted himself very professionally. He told me he would have to return the following day to finish the job. He arrived as promised and completed the work. It actually took him a little longer than he thought it would, but he still only charged me what he quoted. The work was completed professionally and at a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied with my overall experience with this company!

I contacted TriCounty Sprinklers, the office staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable. They schedule an appointment and the crew that show up at my house got right to work inspecting my sprinkler system. They were very thorough talked me through the problems they were finding with my sprinkler system and provided me with recommendation. The quality and thoroughness of their work is outstanding. would definitely recommend this company to others.

Very nice people from the front desk to the work crew. They show up to make adjustments and always take care of any issues. I thought I had submitted this review over a year ago but, just got a reminder from Angie.... things are still going well with our system... We love that they provide an extended warranty at no additional cost that no one else offers. Great bunch of people.

The job went perfect and there were no problems. He showed up on time and he was very professional. He had come up to me last week and gave me a quote which matched the work he did. Sam was the technician and he just did a great job. I referred him to a neighbor.

Our local water company has mandated that anyone with an irrigation system have a backflow test completed. After reviewing Angie's List and looking at several companies and calling several, I contacted Tri County Sprinklers. Shelly was very helpful, professional, and polite when I called, and the cost was reasonable, so I made an appointment for this past weekend. The service was done professionally, on time, and I will definitely use them in the near future for an expansion of my existing irrigation system. Nice people!!

It has now been just under a week and I have yet to hear back from anyone at Tri County Sprinklers. I have sent them 2 requests on Angies List for a quotation on a new irrigation system, and have still not heard back from anyone within their organization. I gave them the benefit of the doubt following my first attempt, thinking that their reply may have been caught up in my spam filter. So I contacted them again and requested that they contact me via phone, and I have still not heard back from anyone. So I now take it that my prospective business is truly not overly important to the Tri County Sprinler crew...

Mark was focused on job, did it professionally, and in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the work he did in a hour. I used my coupon for Angie's members.

Adam, the owner of Tri-County Sprinklers, came out for the estimate on Feb. 06th. He checked out the entire yard and landscaping and made recommendations on what irrigation hardware would be best for of the different areas. Adam was thorough and pleasant to work with and explained how the different hardware and systems worked. I accepted his estimate that day and then we had to wait until the utility lines could be located and marked, which happened the following Monday, Feb. 11th. Tri-County called that same day and began work the next day, cutting the trenches in the front, sides and rear of the house. Tri-County had obtained the appropriate city permits prior to beginning the work and follow strict code guidelines. The workers were amazingly efficient and had all of the trenches done, the sprinkler lines in and the heads attached before they left for the day. We had to wait the next day for the city inspector to come check the installation before the trenches could be filled in. On Thursday, Feb. 14th, the work crew arrived early and completed the installations, including drip watering pipes under the front areas near the street where sprinkler heads are not allowed, and around the landscaping next to the front of the house. They filled in all of the trenches, raked and smoothed the yard and it looked very good when they were finished. They gave me a rudimentary run through on how the system controller worked and showed me the various zones working. Sam came out the next day, Friday Feb. 15th, to inspect the system, make tests and adjust anything he felt needed to be done. He showed me in detail how to set up and use the system controller and programmed in the needed watering program to match our current Restriction 2 requirements. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and has been doing this type of work for 27 years. The entire experience, from Adam, to the wonderful office staff, to the installers was a great experience and I am very pleased with the work. With our ongoing drought conditions, it is going to be so much easier and much more water efficient to have this system, especially the drip watering lines. Update: At the end of February, I noticed a couple of areas in the backyard that were not totally covered by the spray patterns and called Tri-County. Sam came out the same week and actually moved one head for better coverage and installed 3 additional heads at NO CHARGE to me and said it was covered under their warranty. Great company.

They did an excellent job. Arrived as scheduled, performed on time. Excellent customer service. The used top of the line equipment, back filled and compacted the trenches. An overall excellent experience. .
