Tri County (Troy was the serviceman) showed up on time and ready to go. Troy stayed around until the entire job was complete and ensured all zones of sprinklers were working correctly and effectively. The price was competitive. I guess the question would be, would I hire them again? Yes, I would!

This was the higher of the two bids we received.. However, Adam's explanation and justification for types of sprinklers and their layout convinced us this was the best set-up for our yard. Process was very smooth, office staff were very professional. They arrived when they stated they would and did an excellent job..

The house had a front yard sprinkler system when we bought it but none in the backyard. Tri County added the sprinkler lines, tied into a sprinkler system water supply on the side of the house, and added the components needed for the control timer. They begun the project on time and completed within 15 minutes of the estimated project time. The installers left a water supply connection point in the backyard if another run is ever wanted; and they cleaned up neatly before they left.

The technician did an outstanding job. Explained all his work and left the property clean. We were very pleased.

I met with Adam back in early August and he was able to get out to meet with me in a couple of days for an estimate. The estimate seemed fair and he was very professional so I just needed to wait a couple of months to receive the funds to pay for the sprinkler system. In the meantime, I had to get a separate water meter from New Braunfels Utilities, which fortunately only took 10 days. I informed Tri County Sprinklers that it wouldn't be much longer until I was ready, so Candace asked me to fax a signed copy of the estimate and a couple of other documents so they could get the permit going in the meantime. In about two weeks I had my sprinkler system underway and boy am I happy. The workers did a pretty good job putting everything back into place, although it wasn't exactly where I had it originally, they at least tried. They cleaned up nicely and my lawn doesn't look as bad as I thought it would after being dug up! Of course some flowers and plants took a beating and got dug up, but it isn't their fault. I can't wait for the rain to stop so I can use my sprinkler system instead of staying up all night moving my four sprinklers around in the wee hours of the morning to get the whole thing watered!!!!!!

After searching Angie's List and asking friends, I narrowed down my list of irrigation companies to three. Tri County was by far the least expensive, and I was very impressed with Adam as we discussed how the system would be installed during his visit for the quote. On the day of installation, the crew was right on time and finished the job that same day. A few days after the installation, Sam came back to ensure all the sprinkler heads were tuned properly and everything was working as it should. We didn't have any sod in the back yard at the time of installation, but when we did get the sod layer down, Sam came back again to ensure that area was working fine too. First-rate company, from everybody in the office to all the installers.

They came out to check systems and returned with a crew to repair broken heads they also found several leaks that we had no idea were there ,Sam the gentleman in charge made sure everything was working properly.they then returned about 4 days later to be paid,very professional ,A+++ company

Tri County's employee, Sam, came out and found and fixed a broken sprinkler head. He then checked the perfection of the system in operation. He was patient, persistent and particular in setting the system to work perfect. I had one plant that was not getting water. He set three different heads to hit it. Definitely one of the best companies in San Antonio.

From the office to the work all involved were professional. They arrived before scheduled time, friendly but stayed on task. Had all the parts that were needed. Work was done quickly, accurately. Actually ran the system and kept adjusting until all areas were covered.

It went very well. I thought I had an underground leak in my sprinkler system and had not used it the entire summer. My grass was in pretty bad shape. He inspected my system thoroughly and informed me that I did not have a leak as expected. He could have told me I had a leak underground and charge me to fix it; but he gave me a honest inspection. He fixed one leaky sprinkler head and replaced a few more that were broken. He also repositioned all of the sprinkler heads that were aiming in the wrong direction. He also re-programmed my sprinkler system to automatically turn on based on my scheduled watering day. We are under water restrictions in my area and we have a scheduled day and time to water. He was very professional and honest.

He was on time polite and finished job quickly. Did not try to up sell me on other services.

Diagnosed system problems. Identified faulty controller and needed sprinkler valve maintenance. Replaced controller box, repaired worn sprinkler zone issue. The system was tested system quickly, accurately and professionally. Technician was Sal and he was very straight-forward and had a good sense of humor too. I've used Tri-County Sprinklers before and Tri-County is consistently my first-choice in irrigation companies. I believe that's recognize by others and they appear to have a pretty full schedule and a satisfied customer base. The front office scheduling has their act together and is a VERY reliable center of control. The tech (Sal) was very competent and wasted no time. These folks are punctual and they kept me informed. The price was very reasonable and the work was very professional. My highest recommendation and I remain a fan.

the installation crew arrived early in the AM and installed the system in one day, after the inspection the next day they filled in all the gaps and cleaned up after themselves - at first they overlooked putting a pressure regulator on at the street but they remedied that immediately. the system has only operated one watering day given the city's restrictions but everything seemed to work exactly as planned. my friend thought they did such a good job he decided to install a system in his yard as well

It went great! They were early for the consult and took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. Since this was our first one, we had a lot of questions. The staff was great too. Anytime I had to call they were very friendly. It's the only way to water a lawn in this TX heat and stay within the water restrictions. My lawn would be dead without it. Who has time to move sprinklers around and get all parts of your yard. Best investment I've made as a homeowner!

The workers for Tri-County arrived on time and were very professional. They tested the sprinkler system and quickly found problems that needed to be fixed. Within an hour, they had fixed all problems and gave me a 10% discount for being an Angie's List subscriber. They tried to sell me weather seals for the pop up nozzles but I declined since they sprinkler system worked fine after they finished fixing the sprinkler system. I might have them do this extra work next spring.

The technician (Sam) arrived on time, did a complete system check, explained his findings and we agreed on the repairs that were needed. Completed work in a timely manner and system works fine. Excellent service and I would definitely use them again.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I have to say that I have not had good luck with contractors or service men since I have lived here but Tricounty Sprinkler is certainly the exception. They came out and accessed the problem and then my whole sprinkler system stopped a couple of days later. They came back out today and solved the problem, replaced some heads and adjusted other's. If you need a service on your sprinkler or a new system this company goes above expectations.

They were very good. We were pleased with the work that they did. They answered all of the questions that we had.

They I have been having a problem with some areas of my grass turning burn in the heat and they came out to find out what was wrong. They are coming back out to fixed the problem. To my surprise my sprinkler system was underwarranty so it will not cost me anything. The problem with the coverage was actually a problem with the grass getting thick but they are fixing the problem for free anyway. I plan on having them out once again when I have some trees planted in the fall.

They were able to schedule our appointment within a week of my call. This is a very busy part of the year in South Texas for these companies, so that was pretty quick. The day of the appointment Sam was able to arrive an hour and a half earlier than scheduled (the office called first). YES! Sam quickly repaired the broken underground waterline and left the ground cover looking untouched. Then he ran through the whole system to check performance of the heads and coverage. He replaced one head with a riser to spray over some plants that are taller than when we first had the system installed. He changed two other heads to make sure the whole yard is covered. All in just over an hour. Sam rules! Definitely will use again when needed.

They called to let me know they were running a little late which I appreciated. He got here as quickly as he could and went straight to work. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any questions I had and was very careful about all the adjustments he made.
