We have rebranded! Tri County Sprinklers is now Texas Roots Landscape & Irrigation LLC. Texas Roots has been in business in San Antonio since 2018 and Tri-County Sprinklers was founded in 1998. Texas Roots acquired ownership of Tri County in 2021 after working side by side for many years. We pride ourselves on getting the job done right the first time while providing friendly customer service. Texas Roots will ensure that you are satisfied with a job well done. We are an exclusive Rain-Bird Select dealer, which means we use the best parts in the business and stand behind our work.

Description of Work: I thought I had a zone valve that needed to be replaced, but as it turned out, I wound up needing maintenance done to all the valves on the system. John was my service technician. He has very conscientious about the quality of his service. I'm an engineer by trade, so he put up with all my questions and did a great job analyzing and troubleshooting the system. One of the best residential home service providers I've ever worked with.

Description of Work: After a bad experience with another company we were nervous about dealing with a new company. But Tri County Sprinklers quickly put us to ease. Customer service on phone was informative and schedule us right away. Mark installed a new box and was very patient as he taught me how to program the new system. He fixed broken pipes and worked quickly. I highly recommend Tri County Sprinkler. They are our new Sprinkler company!
