Andres and his crew were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional throughout the entire process. The project was completed in only one day and looks amazing. Would definitely hire them again for future projects.

He was timely, pleasant and we had a very helpful conversation about the repair work, the color scheme (the house is a Victorian) and the quality of paint to use. I was amazed that they could begin the following Monday and that the paint matching service arrived the same day I talked with Andres. Everything went smoothly. They showed up early and worked long days to get the job done in the time frame that had been quoted. We agreed on a few changes to the job order - adding the painting of porches to the contract - and it was all handled very professionally. One day it rained and they had to knock off early, but they were back the next morning and back on schedule. The house is older and very tall, and I knew it was going to be a big job. I dreaded it, actually! But I am thrilled with the way the house looks and I can recommend them to anyone. If others have been frustrated before, I can only say that I have had experience with lots of contractors and freelance guys and have often been disappointed. One thing I value is when a business has a setback - like a crew member who isn't straight about his or her ability or experience, and therefore work is less than best quality - to admit it and fix it. That sort of work ethic goes a long way with me. I do wish they'd cleaned up the yard a bit more than they did, but it wasn't in the contract, and they were so willing to bend over backwards on other little requests I made, I didn't mind doing some raking and sweeping up myself. IF that's important to you, then just make sure to mention it at the beginning and I know Andres will make it perfect for you.

Called and set an appointment with Andres to come to my home and provide an estimate. We set the appointment for 3:00 PM. So I had to take the afternoon off from work. At 3:15 I called Andres to find out his ETA, he did not remember my name or that we had an appointment set. He looked at his calendar and saw that he had blown me off. Based on this I knew not to use him and his company as they would be unreliable.

All my communication with Andres Cuellar was very positive. He was able to meet me at the house with short notice and gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable for the work. We scheduled a time and unfortunately, I had to change the time/date several times due to a couple of closing date changes. Andres was very understanding and moved the date each time even when I moved the date up and then back again. They arrived on time and painted the house in two days (without any furniture in house). Andres also was willing to install one of the drapery rods in a different room and that helped me a ton. I was very happy they were willing to help me out with this request. Very professional, on time, very good job, easy to work with.

I called Andres with a long list of repairs we needed around the house. We were about to have visitors, so I needed the interior portion of the work done very quickly, but the exterior I told him was not as urgent. Andres listened well and was very professional and detailed in his proposal. He had someone patch the stucco very quickly and painting interior began quickly as well. He sent two painters, one experienced and one less experience. One of them set to work right away on the difficult interior jobs, including a highly textured ceiling. He did very good work. The other one painted the built in shelf very well, but he didn't prep the surface and so an old stain came through right away. Also, he did some painting on the fascia outside but he didn't sand or scrape away the old peeling paint well enough so it looked poorly done. I pointed out my concerns to Andres and he had the more experienced man redo the work. So, I would say for this part of the job Andres and was very responsive and resolved my concerns satisfactorily. Then there were some delays due first to an emergency family situation for the painter and followed by icy road conditions and bad weather. While these delays were completely unavoidable, when Andres asked to reschedule I asked him to please rush the interior work, but the exterior could wait. In response, he did send his painter back in the afternoon as the ice cleared and scheduled the rest of the work immediately. He also asked for a partial payment, which surprised me as he had stated no payment would be required until I was satisfied with the work, but due to delays he needed to make some payments. Essentially, this was understandable but the breakdown of payment didn't make sense with the degree of unfinished work, so we reached a compromise and I made a partial payment. There was a lot of work still to be done and it seemed the painter was expected to finish everything quickly rather than focusing on the interior and postponing the exterior. He did an excellent job with the interior painting, with the fascia, and with the deck which turned out to be a challenge due to the placement of the one beam that needed to be replaced. However, by the time he got to staining the front door and painting the stucco patio, I think he ran out of time to do the job right. Andres came by to watch and helped some. The painting on the patio was tricky due to the colored stucco that had been used during initial construction. Andres had said he could have it painted with a faux style and we both expected it would look fine although never match perfectly. I knew it would not be a perfect match, but watching the painter I don't think he was getting the effect at all so I kept pointing out areas of concern and contrasting them to the areas where he had done better. The evening grew late and the work grew sloppy. Eventually we accepted the work and paid the final payment. After waiting to see how it looked after drying for some time, I called Andres to come inspect the work as some parts of it did not look good. He did return and repainted the unacceptable areas himself, so I appreciate that he did respond to my concern. However, I can't give the job a complete A rating.

We scheduled to have Andres come out to give us a quote a week prior to the start date, due to bad weather and ice we had to reschedule for the next day. When he came out he was on time and very professional, he answered any questions we had and had no issues when we requested the house to be painted using Behr paint. He did not ask for any money up front and was only to be paid when we were satisfied with the work and paint job. Because of the good reviews from other customers and another quote that was astronomically high and the bad feeling we got from them we chose to use Texas Professional Painting, we felt comfortable with the quote we received and we believed that Andres was honest. On Monday the crew came out in the morning to pressure wash the house which did not take long, Tuesday the same crew of 4 came out to start work on replacing trim and fascia, they were polite and professional. They said they would be out on Wednesday at 0930, they showed up but it was drizzling and foggy and not safe to be on the roof ( I agreed) and said they would return on Thursday at 0900. They finished the trim work and started painting, this is where the fun began, the guys seemed to be all over as if they had no direction (they were all very young), the supervisor Arturo was and wasn't on site at times, Andres came out to see how things were and at that time things seemed to be going okay until Friday afternoon, the painting done with the sprayer was shoddy at best and didn't look right ( I do have past experience painting commercial buildings and residential), we were not happy at this point and when Andres came out he was very displeased with the crew and the work they had performed and said that he would have it corrected. On Saturday the original crew was let go and Andres had another crew of 3 guys come out and correct and finish the job, they did an outstanding job in 2 days, and had much more experience, Andres was here the entire time and everything turned out to be what we expected and wanted, Andres stated that he would not be using the original crew that started the job anymore and he really was sorry for the length of time it took to complete the job and the things that happened, we recommend this company with the experienced crew not the inexperienced, plus he made good on his promise and that he would not be paid until we were satisfied and the job was completely done, honesty goes a long way and this company is honest.

Andres was very profesional, easy to work with, good communication skills, honest and his crew always showed up on time and worked fast. We are planning to use Andres again here in the near future to care for additional interior and exterior jobs. Overall very pleased with Andres and his team.

We had the house painted a few years back and were very disappointed with the contractor that did the work. Andres came in and was very professional throughout this process. He was there at the time asked for. Was quick with his estimate and promised a three day turnaround for the project. Andres and his team showed up on Monday morning as promised and they were completely done by Tuesday. Andres has made me believe that there are good contractors out there that know what they are doing and do it as professionals. Andres has restored my faith in Contractors again. His team did a wonderful job repainting our house, the detached garage and our wrought iron fence. I would highly recommend Andres and his team to anyone looking for a painter.

The estimate was professional and straightforward. The adjustments we asked for were quickly accomodated at reasonable prices. He began the job immediately and the exterior preparation was careful and thorough. We are happy with the final paint job which was completed in a timely manner and the job clean-up was good. This was the best overall service experience we have had in many years.

We absolutely love the way our house looks now with the new paint job. Andres was honest, punctual and very professional. He showed up on time for the FREE estimate and we had a written proposal within 24 hours. We chose Texas Professional Painting for two reasons: 1. They were the least expensive bid and 2. They did not require a down payment; we paid after all the work was done and were completely satisfied. His crew was professional and worked very hard. The job was supposed to take 3 days and they ended up finishing in 1 day! Amazing!!! We highly recommend this company. We've had neighbors ask us who did the paint job on our house and compliment us on how great it looks. We have already refer them to some of our friends and family. And we will definitely use them in the future to pain the interior of our home.

This is the second time i've hired Texas Professional Painting, Andres' is such a professional. The first time I hired his company, they patched over 15 holes, many of which were on my kitchen ceiling. You would NEVER guess that I had any patching done whatsoever. My ceiling looks amazing. This time, they did some more drywall patching for me and again, his crew did a perfect job. He is a great communicator and makes sure that you are 100% satisfied. I will be hiring him again soon to paint a few rooms, he really is a true professional who takes his business serious!

Before you hire this provider, please see the attached pictures. I hired this provider after getting a personal reference and checking with Angie's List. The provider did not use the quality paint we agreed to in the proposal, and was adamant that this was a "professional paint job" and we would need "minor touch-ups". This provider accused us of not paying for services after we stopped payment on the first check we gave him. We tried to discuss our concerns with the provider to no avail. We finally paid this provider in full so that he would leave our home. Realizing that this provider truly feels that this is a "professional paint job", we asked the provider to not come back again. I will be paying a new painter to "fix" the damage that was caused by this provider. I do not want any money back from this provider, I want to warn others that this is the quality of work you will receive if you hire this provider.

Andreas Cuellar (the owner) was on time for the initial bidding. He was very professional and went over what would be done and time. His bid was competitive with others that I received. His team showed up when the said they would and went right to work. The job took a week and a couple of days. We are very pleased with the results.

I had received a coupon for this company in the mail and then cross-checked them on Angie's List. Seeing that they were reputable, I called to make an appointment for someone to come out to give me a free estimate on the painting I wanted done at my house. The man (who ended up being the owner) came out to my house on time as scheduled, talked with my husband and I about what we wanted done, and took measurements of every room we wanted painted and also of the fence to be stained, and about how long the work would take, etc. He was at our house for approximately 30mins and then emailed us the quote the next morning. The price was a little more than we expected but the estimate on completion of services was 2 days, so we thought the price was fair for the scope and time range of the project. The free quote was good for 30 days. While we did not end up using them (we decided to do the painting ourselves), we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done based on their exceptional professionalism and attention to customers' needs alone.

The owner of the company is a young guy only 26 years old and he did a very good job. I will continue to use this company again in the future.

I was really impressed with the work they did. They cleaned up everyday after themselves.
