Texas Made Windows is a fantastic company. Jerry and his team did a great job from start to finish. The custom window we needed to correct a window remodel was a unique situation. After calling different window companies, we finally found Jerry who provided a solution with cost-saving options. Jerry and his team made the project stress free throughout.

My husband and I moved to Texas in August of 2021. The house was built in 1972 and still had the single pane aluminum windows. We reached out Texas Made to review the options on replacing the windows and the old French doors. The owner, Jerry Dixon, called us right back and arranged for Frank, the salesman to come out and take a look. He was fantastic and we ordered. Jerry and Frank measured everything and placed the order. With today's supply chain issues, they kept us updated and scheduled the work. Mike and Juan installed the windows and doors over 3 days. The improvement in sound and drafts was immediate after just one picture window. Everything is beautiful and the installation was fantastic. They left this place cleaner than when they got here! Wonderful experience from start to finish. We are happy and safe with our hurricane impact windows and doors.

Jerry, the owner of Texas Made Windows, is very busy but he treated me as if I was his only customer. He kept me up to date on the progress of my window order and was very involved in the installation before, during and after. If i had a question, Jerry always responded within just a few minutes. How many contractors do that these days? The window installation was better than i even expected and I was very particular about what I wanted. The installers, Mike and Juan, were very knowledgeable, had all of the right tools, showed up on time, and were very courteous and professional. They cleaned up even better than before the installation. Fantastic communication with Mike and Juan with no misunderstanding of what i wanted the finished product to look like. During the installation Jerry was in constant communication with Mike and Juan to ensure the installation was perfect. Highest recommendation and will definitely do business with Jerry and crew again.

Our experience with Texas Made Windows was great from start to finish. Jerry's proposal for replacing all of the windows in our home was $3,000 less than the other proposal we received. All of the reviews that we read online about Texas Made Windows were good so we decided to go with his company. When it came close to the original date the windows were supposed to be in from the manufacturer we started receiving a weekly email from Jerry letting us know that status of the windows. The crew who installed our windows were very professional and took an extra step in covering our floors so they wouldn't track in dirt from the outside when they came in and out. We cannot say enough good things about this company and would not hesitate at all in recommending them for window replacement.

I had two windows placed in our master bedroom. The two gentlemen who placed the windows were excellent. This company is excellent and I would highly recommend! Everything went as executed, on time and quick proficient work!

There were a few delays due to supply chain and the weather, But Jerry Dixon kept us informed throughout the entire process. His crew showed up on time, were professional and neat. Texas Made Windows reinstalled all the windows and replaced a patio door that a previous installation did improperly. Mr Dixon, the owner was extremely professional in his communication and knowledge of the job to be completed. The crew were respectful, completed the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely please and would highly recommend him and hope to have him back for my next project.

Jerry and his crew did a wonderful job. From Sal & his crew installing new windows, insulation and doors to Frank & his worker installing vinyl siding and Aaron & his crew installing seamless gutters. At the end of each day my yard was cleaned up. No trash no nails no wood nothing in our yard had to be picked up by us. What started out as installing windows turned into a home remodel. With no pressure from Jerry Dixon he was able to get us a great Bid on our entire remodel. In which we had been shopping for prior to meeting Jerry. So his offer made our decision much easier. We had a one stop shop. With COVID being an issue now a days. We were very comfortable with the workers coming into our home. They were very cautious as to wearing their masks and shoe coverings in our home. It did take some time in ordering our items only because they were special colors requiring a special order. But because of times we are in it took a few weeks longer to receive. While waiting for the products to come in Jerry Dixon kept in contact with us every week assuring us of when and where our products would be in. The customer service and quality of work is excellent.

Texas made does exceptional work, making sure that only top rate craftsmen are hired. Jerry is on the job constantly making sure that all problems are solved and the result is top notch. Any problems afterwards are also addressed in a timely manner, which is another reason I call on him for any home remodel.

Jerry and his men are beyond amazing and affordable! I reached out for windows and found out I could also get some amazing new doors within my budget. This is the second company I looked at for our windows. Texas Made Windows and Doors was HALF the price! The workmanship is unparalleled and everyone was so professional. They went above and beyond to make us happy.

I called Jerry for a quote for new windows throughout my entire home. The old windows were worn, old, and not doing a great job at keeping the temperature in my home stabilized. His price was reasonable and the quality of his work he showed me from previous jobs looked great, so I hired him. Him and his team came out to start and had everything they needed to get to work. I was expecting a huge inconvenience, but it really wasn't. His team was courteous and respectful and did an amazing job on the windows. They looked like they were installed when the house was built, completely flawless! Additionally, my air conditioning isn't running all day keeping the heat out! Should've done this much sooner! I would definitely hire him again and recommend them to anyone looking to have new windows installed.

Buyer Beware What a disastrous experience. Jerry came to our home and provided a quote for 26 windows, which we planned to have installed in 3 phases. Thank GOD we didn’t have all 26 installed at once. It would have been more disastrous than what we faced with the installation of the first 8. We decided to have windows installed in the master bedroom (2), guest room (1), formal living room (3), reading room (1 picture window), and remove a double door and replace it with a picture window. Our request was to have the door replacement window and the picture window be the same size. The replacement window is 2 inches taller. We specifically asked if the 3 dining room windows could be removed and converted to a large picture window. Jerry said it wasn’t possible. So we went with 3 single windows. While on site Jerry admitted that larger windows are available but his company didn’t offer them. Jerry appeared to be more concerned about losing the sale of 3 windows than providing an alternative way of getting the window even if it meant sending us to a competitor. On the day of the install (Sep 1, 2020) Jerry showed up with one installer, his son, and a sub contracted window framer. The installer said right off the bat that Jerry’s son was “ learning the ropes”. The last thing we wanted to hear from someone installing our windows. We have stucco exterior and we specifically asked during the window quote “will you grind a neat edge around the windows to remove them or chisel them out. Grinding an edge around the windows makes for a less expensive stucco repair that was not included in his estimate. Jerry stated “oh yes, I’m sending my best guys for your installation and sometimes the need for stucco repair is minimal”. Once the installation started I noticed the windows being ripped out making essentially a jagged edge that would require extensive stucco repair. I contacted my licensed contractor, who is a master carpenter and home builder. Once on the scene he pointed out to my wife, me and Jerry’s “installer” the flaws in their work. He informed Jerry that the windows were installed improperly. Specifically, they were without flashing and not flush with the exterior of the house. Basically, a hole in the wall with windows stuck in it. Earlier when I noticed the gaps and uneven installation and asked the installer he simply said “the stucco guys will fix it”. This is when things went even further downhill. At this point it became a lesson on window installation by our licensed contractor to Jerry’s people. The framer was ill equipped to even frame one picture window without instruction. When Jerry informed the installer over the phone (he had left the job site by then) that he needed to correct the installation he went on a profanity laced rant so loud that my neighbors noticed. He then asked my contractor how much he would charge to grind the jagged stucco since he didn’t even know how to use a grinding tool. I contacted Jerry by phone and requested that he return to our house, cease and desist, remove his people from the job site, and refund what we paid for installation. The amount of the refund didn’t come close to our out of pocket costs to correct the wrongs. It doesn’t end there. Once we paid over and beyond for a proper installation we noticed that the windows are too thick for the opening. They depth of the window left only 2 inches inside sill; which means we now have to purchase custom blinds. The window depth was never measured. Our experience with Jerry leaves us with 3 unused picture windows that I believe should have been accepted as a return, costly stucco repair, mismatched picture windows, and the need to purchase customer blinds. The incompetence this company displayed during this process is immeasurable.

From the very beginning they were helpful, professional and honest. As an Architect I am a big fan of straight talk and getting right to the point. I've spoken to many window/door companies and these guys are a great company. They took care of us from beginning to end, kept us updated on the manufacturing process of our product and answered all of our questions accurately and in a timely manner. The product was delivered in great condition and installed well. We are very happy with our new impact rated sliding door. I highly recommend them if you are looking to replace the doors and windows in your home.

I needed windows replaced. Jerry was very nice to talk to. Gave me a bid very quickly which was very reasonable. Took the time to answer all my questions and set up the best windows for the property. Windows were put in very well. Everything was very nice and clean when the project was done. Myself and tenants were very pleased with the work.
