Texas Gate Repair

I definitely do not recommend this group. They did an average job trying to repair our gate and then said the only way they will stand by any of their work was if they rebuilt everything for 5k. Then they charged us $250 for that visitz where they did zero work. We refused to pay as there was no work done (mind you we had already paid them over $1500 on previous work) and so they came and cut off the keypad! Ridiculous. Don't trust them please.

Overall I'm pleased with the work. It was a bit more expensive than I expected, and it took two separate visits to complete, but I will plan to continue as their customer.

Michael came the day after I used the easy on-line service request late at night. He fixed things quickly and was very professional. Everything is working great now!

We contacted Mike via Angie's list and after a week no response.

Michael was outstanding!. He was able to fit me in to his busy schedule and showed up when he said he would. The gate is working again (better than ever). I had recently moved in and the previous owner had only left me with a remote control and no keys or instructions on operation. I was amazed that Michael carried keys for the control box and gate arm which he provided to me as part of his service as well as a copy of the instruction manual. I was worried that I was going to have to get a locksmith to open the box....he was a life saver. He provided a tutorial on how to set up codes on the keypad and now I have new codes and feel very comfortable with the Lift Master Gate. Finally, he told me about MyQ controllers and now I am setting that up so I can use my IPhone to control the gate. Michael was very professional, yet pleasant and knew exactly what he was doing. If you have a gate controller that needs to be looked at, you can't go wrong with Michael!
