+ -1 moreNo service at all. 12/5: This is an example of how one good Customer Care representative can totally turn a situation around. I contacted TDS yesterday and got a lady named Arianna. She was really helpful, by the end of the day ALL of my daughter's trash was picked up. For this person I rate the service as AAA.
Description of Work: Paid for garbage pickup service at my daughters home and to date they have never picked up the garbage. They left the bins but won't pickup the garbage.
