Never received a receipt for either of the 2 times Juan came out. He pulled a charge out of his head both times. After 1st visit, I was under assumption I paid for everything including item he had to order, but would have to install at later time when it came in. On that date, he charged me yet again stating it was for the item but it appeared he pulled the fee out of his head, but stated I had a 1 yr warranty but gave me nothing to support it or show me what was completed/svc done either time. Additionally on the 2nd visit he requested cash or ck made out to him only stating his cc square didn't work, but since I had neither, he accepted pmt via Cashapp instead since I just had surgery and was unable to go anywhere. I felt like I was taken complete advantage of all with a smile acting like he was doing me the favor and offering me such a great deal as he was the owner. I would never recommend this company.

Juan came out to inspect my dryer. My clothes weren’t drying and it was taking 3-4 cycles to get my clothes completely dry. I was told that the dryer vent in the wall had been cleaned out by the seller. Juan checked everything out and determined it was the vent in the wall and that my dryer was working perfectly. He was correct. He’s honest, and he’s not going to try and sell you something that you don’t need. Very personable. I highly recommend him.
