The company was very nice and understanding. He was able to get the water dispenser to work but the ice maker is not. He has agreed to come back to fix the ice maker part.

Juan performed very well, he knows how to trouble shoot appliances, very kind and responded positively to all my questions!!

Super professional and friendly. Came with their personal protection masks which are important during this health crisis. Kept masks on whole time. Diagnosed and fixed problem with broken dryer fast. Felt trustworthy.

Juan was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the issue with my refrigerator and fixed it right away. Not only did he show up an hour earlier than scheduled, he also was done with the job in less than an hour. He charged me a reasonable price, too. I m gonna refer him to my family and friends.

The technician who came over, Juan, was very respectful and courteous. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was being done and showed me what repairs were being completed as they were being done. Juan was able to do same day repair service whereas others would have been more expensive and said it would take 3 days to send a technician over.

He was respectful of my schedule and worked with me to meet him where the job was located. He was on time and he made an effort to explain what he was doing which was very much appreciated.
