Juan arrived early and diagnosed the problem with our washing machine in less than 5 minutes. He told me what the bill would be for new parts, labor, and service call ... and it was a fair price. He then completed the job in 15 to 20 minutes, and demonstrated that the washing machine was now emptying the wash water out during the spin cycle. My wife and I are totally happy with his job performance and 6 month warranty! We'll call him for any future appliance repairs.

05/04/2020, Discovered water supply line on refrigerator was leaking, needed help ASAP. Saw high reviews on this company. It was late in the afternoon after 5 PM when I made a service request on their web site. Their repairman, JUAN, called me and said he was on the way and would arrive in 15-20 minutes. He arrived within an hour of my request. Juan was very courteous, and went right to work, He had the necessary part to repair the leaking water line. He had the leak fixed within minutes. What better could you ask for. That's why I gave them and Juan 5 Stars across the board.
