Juan, came by within an hour or my initial inquiry and quickly diagnosed the issue. My ice maker in my refrigerator has been inop since the end of Dec 19 and the previous work I had done on it, still did not fix the problem, nor was my home warranty company going to rectify it. Prompt on time, job took less than an hour; while the previous contractor took over 2 hours! Thanks again!

Juan is fantastic! A control board needed to be replaced in my whirlpool refrigerator, and not only did he show up an hour and a half after my initial call, he got the part and replaced it the same day (and the actual job took less than ten minutes!).
