Arrived on time and found the problem right away(showed experience)he explained the reason the problem existed.Fixed the problem right away.

He was prompt and eager to help, he came late in the evening and did a temporary fixed so all my food wouldn t go bad. Came back the next day with new part. Still needs to come back to finish but very trustworthy

Juan from Texas Appliance Repair was quick to reply to my request online. He called within 5 minutes of my request on Angie s List! He even called to ask if he could come earlier than the scheduled time to check my refrigerator which was not cooling. He was concerned about my food going bad. He showed up at the scheduled time. He was honest and showed me the problem was a broken fan and said he would go get the part and come back soon and he did. He worked hard and quick to fix my refrigerator and had fair prices. He even called me a few hours later to ensure the refrigerator was cooling and it was. I m a very happy customer and will definitely call Juan again if I need his services. Call him-you will be very pleased with his good work.

Juan was very prompt for the initial service call. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a couple of choices for the repair and returned later, after calling me to tell me he was running a little behind schedule. The dryer was fixed in no time and is working great.

He doesnt want to speak English says he is from Mexico. Be aware what he says and get a reciept and invoice in writing right away. He told me there was a manufacturer issue and so I called the manufacturer and they said there was no issues or complaints at all.
