Juan arrived in the time frame he said he would. Got right to work immediately found the problem and gave a quote for the repair. I agreed that was in my budget and he replaced the part. The repair comes with a warranty and that is very comforting.

Juan was awesome. Our 2-year old Samsung dryer would not heat and would continue to tumble whenever the door was closed, even if turned off. Juan came and quickly diagnosed the issue, and for a lower diagnostic fee than others. He immediately ordered the part we needed and installed the part the same day the part arrived. He knows his stuff and is great at communicating throughout the project. My wife and I are pumped to have our dryer back online, especially since we have a 5 month old baby so having a working dryer is essential!

Called first thing in the morning, made it to me in 1 hour as requested, diagnosed problem and left to get part. Back in a few hours and 30 minutes later the problem was fixed. Great customer service and great experience. Will be my go to for any future repairs beyond my expertise.
