Juan is honest. He could have fake-fixed the problem, but he was honest about repairing our freezer and told us that we are better off getting a new one. I will remember him for future appliance repair and installation.

Juan Walker was a very personable and professional person.....I only have 1 suggestion though....although he arrived wearing a mask he should have worn it ALL THE TIME instead of having it attached to 1 ear only with the mask hanging and not covering his nose or mouth.....Protect yourself AND others!.....I would suggest Juan as a very good repair man!!!!!

Juan responds incredibly quickly and provides prompt AND expert service. He explained the problem with my older dryer, fixed it, gave advice to keep it going, didn't try to sell me anything, offered to stop by and reclamp vent duct when I get one. Thank you Juan.

Juan contacted me less than 10 minutes after my initial service request, and, it was after hours after 9:00 p.m. He came to our house the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator. He did not try to sell us unnecessary parts and was reasonable on the difficult labor job. Juan also did an excellent job of explaining the problem.
