Juan was very professional. He showed up the same day and even came after normal hours to assess what the issue with my refrigerator was and the parts he would need. He was very transparent with what the issues were and the cost to fix. Overall if I have any other issues with appliances I will be using him again.

Getting someone to work on a 42 inch, counter depth Kitchenaid refrigerator on a weekend when the roads are icing is in itself a minor miracle. Juan rapidly diagnosed the problem and then headed immediately to the supply house before it closed at noon. By 3pm we were back in business and avoided having to throw out thawed frozen food. Will certainly use again!
